No Distinction Between Civilian, Military Companies in China: Expert Panel
According to a Financial Times report that cites an internal White House Memo, Chinese tech company Alibaba has provided technological support to the Chinese military, specifically the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), in operations “targeting U.S. objectives.” The White House declined to comment on the Financial Times story.
