Got a package from China
It came real quick. I
I only bought it three days ago on the 5th and today is the 8th November 8th
I already got it and this comes from China, you know, so
Of course, I paid for extra fast shipping, which is only nine dollars and ninety nine cents
not much, so
We'll open it up and see what's what's going on
Wow, it was packaged like four knocks
very secure
Took me a while to rip it open
Well, guess what
it is
Two swords. One's a Chinese sword. One is a Japanese sword. Nihonto
But I don't think I I don't think I paid extra for shipping actually that was the other one
So it came real quick
So here are the detailed views this is a Chinese sword it's
It has a lot of heft wooden scabbard
Very nice
Feels like wood
Very nice no rattling
And this is the Nihonto
That looks like real
real red skin
Kasuga
This is a Katana
You
Beautiful
Close-up views
Five times zoom
Back to normal
So his sword blade is pretty thick
octagonal in shape
Like the true source of the history
It is sharpened
But it doesn't feel extremely sharp. It's not razor sharp
The edge is
wicked looking
Folded steel looks cool has the heft of quality in my hand
At least quarter inch thick there maybe three quarter inch thick in the base
Has a progressive tapering all the way to the end there
It's thinner here
so
just like a
traditional
sword
Scabbard looking good wood
with metal furnishes
And here's the Japanese sword
This one has 1095 steel
differential tempered clay tempered
Has a hamon line
looks pretty
pretty cool
It's very sharp
razor sharp
dangerous
Pretty thick blade
Because it's 1095 steel. There's really no need to fold it
Because nowadays modern steels have high
high purity and
Folding is to get rid of the impurities. So
That's a bohi or what do you call it line
Cool
Very sharp
and
With scabbard
Yeah, I say I'm happy with them
So the Chinese jian on the Chinese jian
was 1095
And it is 1040 steel folded steel
and a Japanese
knife was
t10 steel
I guess t10 is a Japanese steel, but so probably 10
1095
It was made in China
Probably not t10, but it's advertised as t10
We'll have to see well
Okay, this is got some oil on this
I haven't wiped that off yet
Looking pretty cool
I say I must say I like these
The hamon line looks pretty damn real to me
and the knife is extremely sharp and I bought a knife because
it was
10 you know t10 steel
or 1095 steel
And
It was 140 dollars after all set is done. So
Price is good
Like it, of course the Chinese jian is heftier and both can be deadly
Both are battle ready
Thank you all for watching
