An update on the case against former FBI Director James Comey. A federal judge has ordered the justice department to turn over documents from the grand jury indictment. In his ruling on Monday, Judge William Fitzpatrick says the department engaged in a disturbing pattern of investigative missteps when it secured an indictment against the former FBI chief.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday agreed to review an Obama-era policy that allowed border officials to reject asylum seekers before they arrived in the United States.
