60s MALL IN TRANSITION - Lima Mall in Lima, Ohio

Today’s journey brings us to the Lima Mall in Lima, Ohio. Opened in 1965, the floor and walls still show it. The have an odd wing that is sitting pretty barren because you have to walk through JCPenney to get to it, which is their only current anchor. The Lazarus/macys was demolished for a future target which is going to be great for the mall. There is no food court but foot traffic in the mall is decent. The elder beerman and sears remain vacant
