This is the EOS R1.
The EOS R1 is so fast and of course this camera is all about speed.
The speed of workflow.
Continuous shooting is essentially how many frames you get in one second
when you're holding down the shutter.
This can shoot at 40 frames a second.
Meaning you're going to get so many more opportunities to get the ball exactly where you want it.
Especially when you're shooting something like tennis
where the ball is going so fast through your frames at 40 frames per second.
So I'm never going to miss a moment.
Something that is really cool about this camera is there is minimal distortion.
So something like tennis when they're serving in the past
you might see a little bend in the racket or you get an egg-shaped ball.
And so now because this is razor sharp that racket is not going to bend.
It's going to be nice and straight giving you a wonderful line.
It's insane.
There are always unpredictable moments in sport
and there are times where you wish you pressed your shutter
just a little bit before you actually did.
But the great thing about this is there's pre-continuous shooting
which will capture 20 frames before you press that shutter button
to help capture those unpredictable moments.
For me an iconic image is not only something that's going to capture the action
but something that's going to harness that raw emotion which we love about sport.
There is something special about a One Series camera.
You know it's a flagship model.
You know it's going to perform absolutely every time.
