Chinese Style Stir Fry French Beans with Minced Pork 法国豆炒肉碎

My Dad cooked this dish very often. I think it's a Hakka Style recipe as most Hakka type of dishes like to chop up ingredients into small cubes. This is one of my favorite dishes; it’s simple and comforting.
Ingredients 材料：
400 grams minced pork 400克猪肉碎
400 grams french beans 400克法国豆
3-4 cloves garlic, minced 3-4瓣大蒜剁碎
1 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 1/2 汤匙 生抽
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce 1/2 汤匙 蚝油
3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil 3-4汤匙食用油
season with salt and sugar 盐和糖调味
