U.S. Reaches Framework Trade Deals With Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador

The United States finalized on Nov. 13 framework trade agreements with four South American countries—Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador—according to the White House. President Donald Trump also signed an executive order aimed at strengthening foster care efforts in the United States. This is coming as the BBC apologizes to Trump amid a $1 billion legal threat, but rejects the defamation claim and declines to pay compensation.
