We'll have rain showers, mainly during the morning.

And now the 22 News Storm Team forecast.
>> And now is 4:46. We're taking a live
look out in Westfield for right now. You
can see the roads are looking pretty wet
as we have been seeing some on andoff
rain through much of the overnight.
Taking a live look out in Greenfield as
well. You can see we got a lot of uh
water on the roads here. So watch out
for some ponding on the roads as well as
we still got some scattered showers out
there in spots. Slight breeze continues
out of the north this morning and winds
are going to be staying fairly light as
we go through much of the day.
Temperatures out there 47 in
Northampton. We're 48 in Springfield and
we're in the 40s back into the Birkshars
as well as we go throughout the rest of
the day here. Temperatures do climb into
the mid uh 50s for this afternoon. Many
of us around 52 to 56° for the high
temperature. And these high temperatures
over the next few days are going to
actually be cooling down. We're going to
get quite chilly over the next few days.
For today though, mostly cloudy. Uh
there is the chance for a few spot
showers throughout the day. Best chance
of any showers this morning. I think by
the afternoon we'll be gradually drying
things up and that's the top of the twin
storm team forecast focus. Tomorrow for
Veterans Day, partly sunny and very
windy. The wind will pick up for the day
tomorrow. If you're west of the
Connecticut River, especially back in
some of the higher terrain of the
Bergkers, there could be a passing
flurry tomorrow in a couple spots, but
for us here in the valley, I think we
stay dry and then temperatures stay in
the 40s through much of the week. Look
at the temperatures the next few days.
Tomorrow, many spots might not even get
out of the 30s. 39 for the high
temperature tomorrow. 46 for Wednesday,
48 on Thursday. The average high this
time of year is 53°. So, we stay around
or well below average over the coming
days and I really don't see us getting
out of the 40s at least for for pretty
much the rest of the week besides today.
You can see there is some scattered
sprinkles out there in a couple spots.
Taking a wider view on clouds radar. The
main batch of some of this rain is up to
our north here in Vermont. Uh but there
will be some scattered showers we'll be
dealing with for the morning commute.
So, for the rest of the day, 23 Storm
Team Skycast here 7:00 this morning.
Notice how scattered showers continue.
9:00 a.m. towards around noon. Some
pop-up uh just kind of spotty passing
showers out there. Here we are around 3
p.m. a hit or miss shower in a couple
spots, but through much of the day, it
will be completely cloudy. I don't
really expect we'll see much of any sun
for today. Notice here around 6 p.m.,
few spotty showers in the valley, maybe
a passing flurry there in the Birkers.
Then heading into the overnight, we
actually clear things out. I think much
of the overnight is pretty quiet even
for the first half of the day tomorrow.
6 a.m. on Tuesday. Looking good here in
the valley, we'll be fine for the day
tomorrow. But notice back in the Birkers
and some of the higher terrain, there
could be some flurries or maybe a brief
snow shower that moves in for tomorrow
afternoon with a lot of that colder air
coming on in. So 52 to 56. The best
chance of any showers for today will be
this morning. We stay mostly cloudy
through much of the day. Heading through
tonight, we'll turn partly cloudy.
temperatures fall below freezing, 24 to
30° for the rest of the 20-day Storm
Team 7-day forecast. Tomorrow is a
really cold day uh for Veterans Day.
It'll be windy as well. So, wind chill
values will feel like we're around or
below freezing through much of the day.
And there will be some flurries or maybe
a passing snow shower in the afternoon
in the Birkshars. Wednesday and
Thursday, we're quiet but cold.
Temperatures stay in the 40s all the way
down into the weekend. Overnight low
temperatures in the 20s and 30s.
