5AM-9AM Working Mom Morning Routine Before my 9-5 Job | Working Mom Routines | Amanda Fadul
Hello friends and fellow working mom warriors! Today I'm sharing my 5am-9am working mom morning routine before I start my 9-5 job. I try to get up between 5 and 5:30 at least 3 times a week so that I can drink my cold brew and read my Kindle before my kids get up. Also, now that my son starts school very early, I have switched up my routine so that I work out after I drop the kids off and before I start work - this has been so great! I know it's tough to get up early but I've never once regretted that extra ME time and it makes a huge difference not having to rush around. Hope you enjoy!
