Hello friend, happy Saturday.
I hope you had an amazing week.
Guys, this is my favorite time of the morning.
I just put Willa down for her nap,
and now it's coffee time.
If you've been on my channel for a while,
you're probably familiar with our annual
cozy fall drinks video,
and so this is gonna be a little twist on that.
I'm gonna show you how to make three cozy fall drinks
in under five minutes.
These ones are quick, they're easy,
they're perfect to make during nap time,
or if you don't have time for a coffee run, honestly.
Ever since I started learning how to make espresso
and fun drinks at home, I rarely go to coffee shops.
Don't get me wrong, I love a good coffee shop,
but I just think there's so much fun to make at home
that I don't really find myself going anymore.
As always, these recipes will be linked down
in the description box below.
You can find them on my website
along with all of my other recipes
if you wanna try to make them yourself.
Today, I'm gonna be using my espresso machine
for the coffee, but if you don't have an espresso machine,
you can also substitute for a quarter cup
of strongly brewed coffee.
Okay, the first drink we're going to make
is a maple cinnamon latte.
This one just screams fall.
I don't know about you,
but I'm so excited for fall this year,
and I feel like it's because we had an actual summer.
I don't know, usually I don't want the summer to go,
but this year, I am ready for it to get chilly.
I am ready for all the cozy vibes.
I've already decorated my house with all the pumpkins.
Bring on fall.
First step, choose a cute, cozy mug.
Now we're gonna pour in a little bit of maple syrup
and a sprinkle of cinnamon,
and then we're gonna pull a double shot of espresso
right on top of that.
Again, if you don't have an espresso machine,
just use a quarter cup of really strongly brewed coffee.
And finally, we're gonna froth up some milk.
Oh my gosh, you guys, I did it.
This might be the very first time
that I have done decent latte art on camera.
I never thought I'd live to see the day.
Look at her.
Guys, I can't tell you how jazzed I am
that I got that latte art while I was filming.
And it is just quintessential fall.
This drink, oh, so simple, but so delicate and just lovely.
Mm, you're gonna love this one.
Our next drink is gonna be a pumpkin chai,
and we're gonna do all of it in a sauce pot.
I'm gonna get this going on medium heat.
Open up a can of pumpkin puree.
We're gonna start with two tablespoons of this
right into the pan.
After that, we're gonna do one to two teaspoons
of maple syrup and about half a teaspoon
of pumpkin pie spice.
I'll take a whisk, just kind of get that mixed up here.
Now add half a cup of milk.
Whole milk or oat milk works best for this recipe.
And we're gonna whisk that all together
until the milk is warmed through.
And now we're gonna do half a cup of chai concentrate.
I like this stuff that comes in the box from Tazo,
but you could also use chai tea from a bag
or really any kind will work.
I like to add a little pinch of salt
just to bring out all those flavors, but nothing crazy.
Now if you wanna make this a dirty chai,
this would be the time you could also add
one or two shots of espresso,
but I am actually making this one for my husband
and he doesn't like coffee as much,
so I'm gonna leave it at this time.
You wanna get this nice and warm,
but you don't want it to boil.
So once everything is mixed up and it's nice and warm,
we're just gonna kill the heat, take it off.
Okay, let's go give this to Chandler.
He's outside playing with Willa.
Hello, I have a drink for you.
Here is a fresh pumpkin chai.
I was gonna make it a dirty chai, but-
Pumpkin chai.
I know you don't like coffee as much.
It smells good, it smells like a-
You also don't like pumpkin as much, so we'll see.
We'll see.
It smells like a cinnamon roll.
It might be hot, so be careful.
Oh, it's hot.
Yes, baby.
It's pretty good.
I could enjoy this when it's cold outside.
Yeah.
But I've been out here in the 87 degree heat.
It's cozy, cozy vibes.
Yeah, but it's not cozy out here.
It's 84 degrees today.
Okay, aside from it being 84 degrees outside today,
this drink is so good.
Okay, our last drink is gonna be for our non-coffee lovers.
This is a vanilla honey London fog latte.
I don't know if you've ever had a London fog,
but it's so warm and yummy and cozy
and it might just be your new favorite drink this fall.
For this one, I'm using this cute mug that I just got
and it actually reminds me of Earl Grey tea.
Like how perfect is this mug for the drink we're about to make?
For this one, we're gonna drizzle some honey
into the bottom of our mug
and a splash of vanilla.
Then you just need one Earl Grey teabag
and slowly fill up your mug halfway with boiling water.
Take our teabag out after steeping it for three minutes
and then top it with some frothed milk.
Cheers.
You guys, this drink is so delightful
and honestly, I kind of forget about it.
It's like one of those drinks
that you forget that it exists
and I don't know how because it's so yummy
and I'm definitely gonna have this
on my fall rotation this year.
Let me know down in the comments
which of these three drinks you think you like best
or which one you wanna try at home.
I'm super curious.
I honestly don't know if I can pick a favorite
because all three of these are so unique and so different,
but equally just delicious and so yummy.
But cozy vibes guaranteed.
