Tiered House Designed With Fluidity | Maya House
1 Video View·Nov 3, 2025
The Maya House is a Brazilian residence designed to make the most of its sloped terrain, featuring a 1.5-meter elevation difference from the street. The tiered layout raises the social areas, ensuring integration with the street while maintaining privacy. The private spaces on the lower level provide direct access to the garden. The street-level garage strategically connects the various spaces, while the staircase, with its multiple landings, facilitates fluid and harmonious circulation throughout the house.
