Enhanced premium tax credits, which are designed to make healthcare more affordable through the Affordable Care Act marketplace, are set to expire this year. It's a major issue that is dragging out the government shutdown. Democrats want to extend the credits now, but Republicans want to discuss it once the government is open again. Small businesses are watching closely as health care for their employees is already a major expense.

NTD spoke with Javier Palomarez, Founder and CEO of the U.S. Hispanic Business Council and former Obama campaign advisor, and Michael Busler, an economist and public policy analyst who serves as a Professor of Finance at Stockton University.
