Increased Police As City Awaits Deployment Decision

Portland awaits a judges decision on whether to allow the Trump administration to deploy National Guard troops to the city. Meanwhile, local and state police significantly increase their presence outside of the Portland ICE facility, which is at the center of why the White House wants to mobilize the Guard. NTD Correspondent Jason Blair is in Portland now.
