This pilates inspired session will work total body and bring a special focus on abs, core and glutes. We work through most effective sequences to increase time under tension for the muscles and achieve maximum results from each exercise, using the pilates ball to add an extra challenge. Feel free to add ankle weights.

► TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
