RECIPES
🍎 BAKED APPLES WITH HONEY AND CINNAMON
3 apples
Honey and cinnamon to taste
Cut apples in half and remove the core. Add honey and cinnamon.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes. Check with a fork — if soft, they’re ready.
🥘 CHICKEN PILAF (HOMEMADE RICE DISH)
1.5 lb chicken breast
1 large onion
3–4 carrots
Rice (amount as desired; water should be double the rice)
Salt, pepper, pilaf seasoning (optional)
Fry onion and carrots separately. In a heavy pot, fry diced chicken in oil, then add onion, carrots, rice, and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 1–1.5 hours without opening the lid — this keeps the rice fluffy and flavorful.
A comforting, traditional rice dish — simple, warm, and satisfying.
🥞 BANANA SYRNYKY (COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES)
3 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
2 bananas
1.5 lb cottage cheese
4–6 tbsp flour (more if cheese is wet)
Cinnamon, butter for frying
Mix all ingredients. Fry spoonfuls in butter over medium heat until golden on both sides. Serve with sour cream — perfect for breakfast or dinner.
