President Donald Trump has canceled trade negotiations with Canada over a TV ad the Canadian province of Ontario was running featuring former President Ronald Reagan speaking negatively about tariffs.
Diana Furchtgott-Roth, director of The Heritage Foundation, joined NTD to look at the magnitude of the decision and what it means for relations between the United States and Canada.
