US Marshal, TikTok Influencer Injured in ICE Operation Shooting in South LA

A U.S. Marshal and Carlitos Ricardo Parias, an illegal immigrant and TikTok influencer known as “Richard LA,” were both wounded by gunfire from an ICE agent during an operation in South Los Angeles on Tuesday morning. According to Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, agents boxed in 44-year-old Parias when he allegedly rammed his car into federal vehicles in an attempt to flee.
