Thousands Rally in Chicago for 2nd 'No Kings' Protest

Demonstrators gathered in downtown Chicago on Oct. 18 for the second major No Kings protest of the year. The rally began at Butler Field in Grant Park, where Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, and other speakers addressed a crowd that organizers say surpassed the 15,000 who attended the first protest in June. After the speeches, protesters marched roughly two miles up Michigan Avenue to Wacker Drive, chanting and holding signs.
