What started as a perfect day at Cars & Copters Huntington Beach 2025 quickly became unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
Ten helicopters were scheduled to arrive for the show — including the rare Bell 222, an icon known for its “Airwolf” legacy.
Nine helicopters landed safely, from the MD-530F to the Bell 206 and H130, showcasing incredible precision and control.
But the 10th — the Bell 222 — never made it to the landing zone after suffering a crash nearby moments before touchdown.
