Delicate Egg Yolk Cookies – crumbly, golden brown, and simply irresistible!

Ingredients:
🔺 3 cooked egg yolks (passed through a sieve)
🔺 100 g (≈ 7 tbsp) sour cream
🔺 80 g (≈ 5 ½ tbsp) soft butter
🔺 70 g (≈ 6 tbsp) powdered sugar
🔺 8 g (≈ 1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
🔺 1 pinch of salt
🔺 220–240 g (≈ 1 ¾ cups) flour
🔺 1 tsp baking powder
For coating:
🔺 3 tbsp (≈ 30 g) powdered sugar
🔺 2 tbsp (≈ 15 g) cocoa
