Imagine being so rich that you have your own GoKart Track in your backyard, or your own airport, to park your private jets… that is the life of Brazilian footballer Neymar, who has a net worth close to 1 billion dollars and who might be on the verge of doubling his fortune, due to a stranger leaving all of his money to Neymar on his will, even though they had never met!
This video will give an inside look into Neymar’s insane lifestyle in Brazil, and I guarantee you have not seeing anything like this before!
Imagine a life with your own penthouses and mansions all over the world.
You get to fly on your own helicopters and private jets.
You make so much money that you can have your own Batmobile,
your own go-kart track on your backyard, your own airport,
and even your own underground nightclub.
This is Neymar, one of the biggest football stars on the planet,
who recently made a move back to Brazil to his childhood club of Santos.
And today we're going to dive into Neymar's billionaire lifestyle in Brazil.
Let's just say Neymar spends his money in a much different way than most people.
For example, his most recent purchase was a Batmobile.
Yes, you heard that right. He got a full-on, working, drivable Batmobile.
Sources say he paid nearly two million dollars for the car.
And after spending so many years living in Barcelona, Paris, and Saudi Arabia,
right now Neymar is living it up in the city of Santos,
a small port city located in the coastline of Sao Paulo, kind of like San Pedro in Los Angeles.
And while Santos is not famous for its luxury, Neymar lives in the city's most expensive mansion.
The home is located on the hills of Morro Santa Teresinha, inside a gated community.
Neymar paid 50 million reais in cash, which equates to 9 million dollars.
Oh, and one important point about this is that he actually bought the houses next door as well,
to ensure that him and his family get maximum privacy.
Neymar's new home has 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
Yes, you heard that right. And his garage can fit around 20 cars.
He also has a gym, a wine cellar, an infinity edge pool, a movie theater, and a spa.
Plus, he gets some amazing views from the sea.
Fun fact, Pelé used to live in the same neighborhood.
And while this house is crazy, wait until you see his main house,
where Neymar's dad almost got arrested because he built a lake in the backyard.
I know it sounds crazy, but we're gonna cover that later onto the video.
First, let's take a look into Neymar's craziest purchases,
with one of them being his latest one, a real drivable Batmobile.
Yes, you heard that right, a 2 million dollar Batmobile that, how can I say this, shoots flames.
The car took 3 years to get made, and that's all I know.
I mean, what else can I say about a Batmobile? It is what it is.
But if you think 2 million dollars for a Batmobile car is too much,
wait until you see what else he spent 2 million dollars on.
Actually, it costs more than that.
See, Neymar is an avid collector of watches,
and while he has a bunch of different Rolexes and APs, Patek,
some crazy looking watches from Jacob & Co, his most expensive watches are from Richard Mille.
One of them is the model 6801, Sairo Congo, that I was able to find for sale for more than 2 million dollars.
Now, if his watch collection is impressive, then imagine his real estate portfolio.
He owns mansions and penthouses all over the world.
He recently purchased an empty lot in Miami, more specifically in Ball Harbor,
and he paid 26 million dollars for the lot,
which when compared to his Dubai purchase is half the money,
because he paid 54 million dollars for a penthouse in the new Bugatti Residences.
A luxury development in Dubai,
he'll have a private elevator that transports vehicles directly into his unit,
as well as a private swimming pool and even a private beach inside the complex,
which is one of the craziest buildings I've ever seen in my life.
And you can imagine that in Brazil he owns a lot of properties,
with one of them being the penthouse at the Yacht House building,
where he has access to his own private yacht garage.
The penthouse has 4 floors and is worth 60 million reais, around 11 million dollars,
and it's located in Baniara Camaril, the city that we covered on my last video.
If you haven't watched that yet, go back and watch it,
because Cristiano Ronaldo is actually behind it.
While Neymar also owns other mansions in Sao Paulo,
and possibly in other cities around Brazil,
he is also a big real estate investor,
and his latest project plans on building the Brazilian Caribbean,
or at least that's what it's called.
The project will stretch all the way from Pernambuco in the northeast of Brazil to Alagoas,
that's around 100 kilometers, or 60 miles,
and they plan on building around 28 developments,
that are supposed to be completed by 2037.
But none of this compares to his main house,
yes, the one his dad almost got arrested for.
It is located in Rio de Janeiro,
more specifically in the region of Mangaratiba,
inside a gated community called Portobelo,
where they have a five-star resort,
with a safari, a private beach,
as well as helipads and also a landing strip,
so you can land your jet right on your backyard.
And that's what Neymar used to do when he first came back to Santos,
because before he got his mansion there, he had a big commute.
Every day he would fly his helicopter from Rio to Santos,
for around one hour to go to training and then come back home.
Yes, exactly what I just said,
he was commuting every day on a helicopter,
an Airbus ACH 145, nicknamed Batman.
I am starting to believe Batman is his favorite superhero.
The helicopter costs around 10 million dollars,
and it even has Neymar's initials.
And even though he already owned a Cessna Citation Sovereign,
he also purchased a Falcon 900 LX,
which can cost up to 44 million dollars.
So I'm sure that the landing strip inside the gated community
really comes in handy for Neymar.
And the house is something like you've never seen before.
It has a go-kart track,
as well as a football pitch,
tennis courts,
a big space for shows and events,
and get this, his own underground soundproof nightclub.
So he can party it up all he wants without bothering anyone.
And let's not forget about the artificial lake.
So in 2023, the Environmental Protection Police paid him a visit,
due to allegations of illegal construction.
During the operation,
Things escalated quickly,
and they felt disrespected by Neymar's father.
So they proceeded to tell him that he was under arrest.
However, in the end, he ended up not being arrested.
But Neymar was fined in around 3 million dollars,
for a whole bunch of environmental violations.
However, by the end, he ended up getting away with all of it.
They dropped all the fines and told him he hadn't broke any rule.
So now he can jet ski all he wants on his private lake.
He also has parking for his yacht in the backyard,
his own helipad.
The house has a lot more to offer,
like a sauna, spa,
an underground wine cellar that can hold 3,000 bottles.
And it was nicknamed Disneyland.
It's like Neymar's own Neverland,
or should I say, neighborland.
The house also has a huge garage,
because Neymar also likes to collect cars.
His most recent was a Ferrari Purosange,
fully customized with his name in it and everything.
That's the one that he uses for a daily commute,
from his house to Santos training camp.
It is believed that Neymar's net worth is around 1 billion dollars.
But based by recent news,
it seems like his fortune actually doubled.
And what I'm about to say is kind of unbelievable.
It's been reported that a crazy Brazilian billionaire
left all of his fortune to Neymar.
Yes, you heard that right.
Close to 1 billion dollars.
The billionaire didn't have any family,
but it's said to really have related with Neymar's story.
And though they never met in person,
Neymar just got a lot richer,
by basically doubling his fortune.
So if you're a billionaire and you have no family,
hit me up.
I am your Brazilian friend Luca,
and I'll see you on the next one.
Luca out.
