The ending is so interesting because most Korean romances I've seen do a really long ending and when I first watched this it seemed so abrupt. But when I rewatched it and realised it was not a romance but a story about jin-ah's growth and how she has to fight her way out of the oppressive environment she is in it made more sense. Once he realises his mistake and asks her to forgive him the story is over imo. It's one of the best shows I've ever seen and everything about it is so good because of the strength of the writing.
