🍓 THE EASIEST AND DELICIOUS Chocolate Mini Cheesecake Recipe!
Hello everyone. Today I'm sharing a delicious and easy dessert recipe with you. I made mini cheesecakes. I hope you enjoy them. Ingredients: (16 pieces)
For the base:
1.5 packages of Burçak Biscuits
80 grams of melted butter
For the filling:
300 grams of cream cheese
1 box (200 ml) of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of starch
1 packet of vanilla
2 eggs
For the chocolate sauce:
200 ml of liquid cream
200 grams of dark chocolate
To decorate:
1 slice of white chocolate
1 strawberry
Pistachios
RECIPE:
*Prepare the base:*
Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until they become powdery. Add the melted butter to the biscuits and mix.
Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese into each cake shell and press it down with the bottom of a glass.
*Prepare the cream:*
Whisk the cream cheese and sugar.
Then add the cream, flour, starch, and vanilla and mix.
Finally, add the eggs one by one and mix.
*Baking:*
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
Place an extra heat-proof bowl of water in the oven. (This will prevent the cheesecakes from cracking.)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
Once it begins to rise slightly, turn off the oven and let it sit with the door open for 15–20 minutes.
*Decoration:*
Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
Pour the creamy chocolate sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with strawberries.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
Drizzle with white chocolate.
