Today, I introduced the recipe of INARI SUSHI. INARI SUSHI has been loved for a long time in my family. My grand father loved it too. Stupidly I forgot his death anniversary day. However, I made INARI SUSHI which iwas his favorite dish on the day(October 11)! I wish he enjoyed my INRI SUSHI too!
I suggest the ingredients, cucumber, shiitake mushroom, wakame seaweed instead of burdock, mitsuba and kombu.
