Rescue of sea animals, SEA LIONS.
Number 3.
On the coasts of Peru, in the north of the country, some fishermen who were preparing
to carry out their daily work, found in a canal, where the river flows into the sea,
a small sea wolf trapped.
Apparently, the arrival of the phenomenon of the child caused the sea wolf to go out to
look for fish, reaching said canal, where he was trapped.
He wanted to get out, but every time he tried to climb the canal, he ended up slipping.
His pectoral fins did not allow him to climb the walls of the canal.
Luckily for the little sea wolf, these fishermen decided to help him.
With the help of a rope, and in the same style as the cowboy movies, they began to try
to catch the sea wolf, to be able to get him out.
After several failed attempts, they managed to catch him with the rope.
The mammal tried to take it away from him, however, everything was for his own good.
With the help of the rope, the fishermen managed to get him out of the canal.
They were all happy, but they still had to take the rope off his neck.
They waited for him to calm down a bit, and a few minutes later, they managed to remove it with the help of a stick.
Finally, everyone was happy while the sea wolf was approaching the sea.
Number 2
On the island of Tyuleni, Russia, a group of social activists, who meet every year
to rescue sea wolves trapped in nets and plastic, had a great day of rescues.
The mentioned island is located in the Caspian Sea, known for its large population of sea wolves and seals.
The panorama was devastating, many animals had nets, ropes and plastics on their bodies,
some of them encrusted.
The day was going to be long, so they got down to work.
With the help of a net, the volunteers began to catch the affected sea wolves one by one.
Everyone fled scared, but in the end they were rescued.
One of them had a large net around his neck, which, as he grew, would begin to suffocate him.
The volunteers carefully cut the net and painted a number on his body as a sign that he had already been rescued.
After his release, he quickly returned with his brothers.
With great caution, they went for the next one.
They caught him and took him to a cleaner place.
This sea wolf had pieces of fishing nets encrusted on his neck.
It must have been very painful to live like this, but thanks to these people, he now has a better life.
They gave him his space and he took the opportunity to return with his own, with one less load on him.
But the captures continued, although this time a sea wolf was very angry and seemed to want to attack the rescuer.
The inconvenience did not go unnoticed and they managed to capture another sea wolf.
This one also had fishing nets embedded in his neck, which indicated that he had been trapped for a long time.
He managed to free his neck and they applied antibiotics to him for a quick recovery.
The adult sea wolves, being larger, had to sedate them to be able to rescue them.
Once sedated, they managed to easily cut the fishing net on his neck, applying an antibiotic injection at the end.
When the sea wolf woke up, it seemed to scream, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
The next one on the lookout had plastic prescibes on his neck, which showed how harmful marine garbage is.
Without a doubt, when he wakes up he will feel a great relief.
At the end of the day, a total of 64 sea wolves were released from the plastic garbage.
They removed, among other things, plastic packaging tapes, pieces of fishing nets and domestic garbage.
Thanks to non-profit organizations, foundations, institutions, private companies and volunteers for helping to save and preserve the lives of many sea wolves, which will make a big difference for this species.
On the coast of La Plata, in Argentina, a young man found a sea wolf trapped by a rope used to tie boats.
The animal could not move, as the rope caught its neck, preventing it from moving away from the boat.
With the help of a fishing net cutter, the young man began to try to free the beautiful sea wolf.
Finally, after a few minutes, the young man was able to cut the rope.
He held and lifted the rope in his hands like he was showing a trophy.
Without a doubt, it is the best trophy in the world.
