Gavin has BIG goals and Dreams for football. In order for it to happen, Gavin needs Elite Speed!! Things we have done in the past and things I tried with my older sons, just isn't going to cut it. So after a lot of research, I came across a couple of programs we are going to try. The 1st being a speed/running program called "Feed the Cats" by Tony Holler. The second being a workout program called EVO Code by the unorthodox, CNS (Central Nervous System) trainer - Jay Schroeder. We are trusting they will do the job so Gavin is going to put in the work with 100% effort and lets see what happens!!
