The included instructions are pretty good overall but be sure to what this video 1st and it will surely save you some time, energy, and frustrations!! I'm guessing many other All-In-One home gym pieces of equipment are similar in assembly to this so maybe this video will help out others as well.
I will say all the pieces are great quality and were well packaged with nothing scratched, dented, nor missing! And Landmark Athletics have great customer support if you do run into any issues!
