Make the Choice to Rejoice _ Pastor Christine Miller

Throughout the Bible we are told to rejoice, but God won’t make you do so against your will. Rejoicing is a choice. YOU choose whether or not to rejoice. I’d say this though, if He told us to do so, it would be in our best interest to follow His commands!

Everything the Lord tells us to do requires a response. When we’re tempted to be weary in our stand of faith, rejoicing will help us stay strong. The world may think this odd to rejoice when you’re facing problems, but that’s exactly what you need to do. You need to be praising and rejoicing your way right into victory!

As a matter of fact, some things won’t move out of your way until you’ve either prayed your way or praised your way out of it. Have you been believing for something for a while? It’s time to quit crying and start shouting. Declare boldly what God says about your situation from the Word of God. Praise God that He’s so good. And rejoice that He hears you and you have the answer!
So go ahead, rejoice in the Lord BEFORE anything changes. You’ll get things moving in the spirit and God will meet your faith! Hallelujah!
