Hey guys, welcome backkkkk! So glad you are here and thank you for watching this weeks video! We have been doing a lot of rehearsing lately and everyday has just been blending into the next. I wanted to make this not just to document the static parts of my dream life but also as a little keepsake for my heart and mind. I'm really loving Grand Rapids so far and love the people here. I can't wait to keep making more memories and continue to grow as a dancer and human being.

Recipies:
Mapu Tofu
1lb Ground pork
1 Pack soft/silken tofu
2C Chicken broth
1/4C Soy Sauce
2T Cornstarch
1-2 Cloves of garlic
Green onions to garnish
Optional red chilli paste

Marinate pork in soy sauce for a few hours before cooking. Once cooked all the way through add tofu and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add cornstarch (mix with water before hand) until thick and add minced garlic and (optional) chilli paste. Let simmer for about 2-3 mins and serve over white rice.

Egg Souffle
2 Eggs
½ Cup chicken broth
1T Soy Sauce
White Pepper and Green Onion to garnish

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, whip together with fork or whisk, microwave for 2-3 mins or until cooked through. Enjoy!
