This time a thief is captured on CCTV breaking into cars in MELBOURNE VIC
From CCTV owner-
For years, anything left out front gets stolen but when a brand new mop was stolen and the floor could not be mopped it was the last straw.
After installing this cctv it only took a month to catch him in the act.
I knew to check the camera due to the car door being left open.
He took the remote but had no clue what it is for.
