We're talking four bedrooms, over 3,700 square feet. And today we're going to take you on a tour of this house. And like I said, this is one of the best deals currently on the market, just reduced over $100,000. Let's go for a tour. All right, guys, this is the Birch floor plan. We're talking over 3,700 square feet. This one is a four bedroom, but you can also have it as a fifth bedroom. Now, you walk in. I'm going to show you in a second, but you're going to see these amazing windows. This is a view lot as well, too. Currently, it's on the market for $1.675, so it's even over $100,000. And this is a great deal if you're looking for something in Shawwood. Shawwood builds it specifically with furniture-grade wood. Fantastic builder. If you want views, if you want luxury, this is one of the builders you go to. Now, follow me over here. Now, when you walk into the house, you're going to see one is a coat closet. Nice size. We're talking maybe three by two. Not too shabby. Then over here, you got another closet here, which is kind of like a mini pantry. Come on, take a look at this. Almost looks like a pantry, but it's probably more a little bit of a linen closet right here. I like it. Now, over here, you're going to have the half bath. This half bath is the one that entertains your friends and everything when they come over. All right, so you got a nice half bath here. I'm guessing like three and a half by three and a half. Nice size. And then if you keep walking over here, you're going to see. Now, this can be converted to a bedroom if you want it, but it doesn't have a closet, so it's more of the office space right here. I would say this room you're looking at probably 13 by 13. Nice size. Love this. Now, you don't have the imperfect smooth walls in this floor plan, but at Shawwood, you definitely have that option. Love the nice windows as well, over here. Tons of light coming in. Today's a little bit of a cloudy day. You're still getting tons of light in this floor plan. All right, as you walk through, your little entry lip right here, I'd say is about maybe nine feet tall. And then we walk into this house. Look at this. Look at these ceilings. I'm six feet. I'm going to guess the ceilings here are maybe 25. You get these ginormous windows that you probably saw over at the Hazel over there. Get these panoramic sliders and they all open up. All right, come on, follow me here. Backyard. I would say as far as the backyard goes, you got a nice maybe like 12 foot covered patio here. 12 by maybe like 40 over here. And then the backyard, definitely enough room for a pool. I'd say you're looking from here to the end, maybe around 40 feet. You also, now take a look at this. You also got a nice little piece of the side yard here. I'd say this is about maybe 25 and it kind of like narrows out over there too, but it's nice to have a lot of space in this backyard too. So I like it. Now, the thing about the Birch that I like the most is the fact that the primary bedroom is on the first floor. Now, honestly, climbing up those stairs now and again can be a pain, but this is that floor plan that gives you also the primary bedroom on the first floor, which a lot of people love. Now let's take a look at the kitchen. Look at this island right here. Really, really nice. And I love the brown cabinets. I love this quartzite as well too. I think it's nice. Now here you go. You have cafe stove as well too. Really, really nice. Not a black stone grill, but it'll work. And then you got all this extra counter space. That's extra storage, which we really, really like. And like I said, this just feels so large, right? If you're someone who's looking for that grand feeling, if you're looking for those high ceilings, if you're looking for that big room concept, I don't know if it gets bigger than this room. I really like it. Now the pantry size is a little deceptive. You're going to just see this, but here's the thing. The pantry goes all the way back here. Check this out. So as far as dimensions on the pantry, I'd say right here, we're looking at maybe four by six, but then you got extra space over here too. So it's a very, very large size pantry. Scale out there really, really works for this size house, which I really, really like. I mean, I don't care if you've got a luxury home, if you've got whatever home, we are all Costco shoppers and pantries are definitely needed. In fact, honestly, probably a second fridge in the garage is also going to happen as well too. So like I said, really, really nice home over here. Now here you have access to your garage. Now this is actually a three car tandem garage. So you have the two spaces right here and then over there where Brooke is, you actually have another space. She doesn't like me, I can't run. All right, let's go this way. Now continuing over here, you're going to have this nice little mudroom area as well too, that we all like. And then if you continue into the great room again, how awesome is that? Can you imagine what this is going to be like in the morning? And you've got the views right there as well too. You can see downtown Sacramento. I love that. Okay. So over here, you have the primary bedroom. Now, before you go in there, you have a nice little linen closet, which we like. And walking into the primary is so nice. Okay. All right, I like this. Let's see if we get some lights on for you guys. You got the tub, you got the separate sinks, you got the beautiful recess lighting right here as well too. I like it. And then you got the loo over here. It's just a toilet, but you know, it's a spacious room. I'll give Matt. And then right here is a shower, of course, as well too. I'd say the shower size, we're talking about maybe four by maybe like six, or maybe by five and a half. Nice size. Here we go. Too shabby. Okay. I like this really nice floor plan, the birch. And also of course, we've got to check the primary walk-in closet, which we like. Lights. This closet is enormous. This space right here, I'm going to say six by maybe four and a half. And then you have additional space over here. And this home guys, this is how it comes that you get all these built in as well too. This space right here has got to be maybe like eight by six as well too. So it's a monster primary closet. I would not want to be the people who are going to fight over which side they get. This is really, really nice. I really love this house. First floor plan. Like I said, one of the things I love the most about it, primary on the first floor in the size of the primary bedroom as well too. I want to take a look at this huge primary bedroom. I kid you not, from here I could see downtown Sacramento. You've got views of the Folsom Hills as well too. You've got a nice backyard here as well. How nice. Now the size of the primary bedroom, I'm going to have to say maybe like 22 by maybe 30. So you can get a nice big bed here, dressers, even a sitting area as well too. So that's the first floor of this house. But one of the things I've really noticed are the little details as well. Like up here you get a lot of the recessed lighting. Also a lot of the windows too. You're going to see that they maximize the entire space. Look at that. All this natural light coming in. Most windows will go to maybe about here. They're not this big. This is just big. They're bringing a lot of the elements, a lot of the natural light in here, which I like. The ceiling height here about nine feet as well. Really, really nice. And this is Shaw Wood. This is probably, in my opinion, how they built house here with like furniture grade material. The way they kind of set everything up. This is Japanese kind of custom building. It's really, really amazing. The thing that's so nice about this house as well too, not only do you have the high ceilings, but you have this kind of midway loft as well too. All right. So now we're going up and we're going to take a look at the bedrooms. Like I said, there's a office downstairs. There's a primary downstairs as well too. And up here, you have the remainder of the bedrooms. Come on. Here you go. You have a nice size bedroom. I'd go 12 by 12, a nice ladder closet and windows, which we like. All right. Standard bedroom, but I like the sizing of it. Okay. Over here, it has its own bathroom, single sink, shower as well too. Really, really nice. Then over here, you're going to see the other bathroom or the other bedroom. Okay. Actually, before we go to the bedroom, here's a washroom. Enough space for a nice washroom dry. Very nice decor. And you even have a living closet here. Really, really nice as well too. Put the towels in after you do a nice load of laundry. All right. And over here, you got another, so much space in this house. Okay. And then over here, you have another bedroom. Again, 12 by 12. This one has a walk-in closet. I'd say the closet is about four by five. Nice size. Okay. I like that. And then over here, it has its own private bathroom as well too. All these rooms, another private bathroom, which I like. Single sink, and you got the shower as well too. As we go to the next bedroom, here is the other bedroom over there's bathroom. This is kind of a half bath though. There's no shower or anything too. Single sink, toilet, which we like. Okay. And then over here is the last bedroom up here. You have a nice little area as well over here. And here you go, another bedroom. Now, that half bath is actually not connected to this bedroom at all. That half bath is actually probably for people who are like upstairs, maybe enjoying the loft area. This room actually has its own walk-in closet, which is, what are we looking at? Three and a half by three and a half, which is a nice size. And then over here, it also has its own bathroom. So every single one of the bedrooms has their own bathroom. Single sink, bathtub, toilet, the whole nine yards. All the bedrooms definitely have the same, similar kind of type of bathroom as well too. But the nice thing is every single bedroom has their own bathroom. I would have loved that growing up. Okay. So over here, you're leaving it and you're going to the loft area. And we're going to also take a look at the deck real quick. But how cool is this? Look at this. This is so nice. And look at these windows and everything as well too. Now this is the bonus kind of loft area as well. You get, you can put in a couch, you can put in a TV, lots of windows here as well too.
