World Masters Championships Day 16 ｜ Diving and Water Polo Highlights from Singapore 2025

I'm very happy of what I did. I am beyond excited. It's been a comeback journey for me. I think it's such a great experience and atmosphere, just mixing with other countries. Diving is about a family, and so we make friends even with people around the world. It's amazing. Some of these people, like, I mean, I watched at the Olympics, and to get to be here and dive with them is amazing. I'm a grandmother, and I'm very proud to role model this sort of thing for my children. It's just a privilege. What a great way to see the world. 65 years now, I've been playing water polo, but water polo is never boring. That's why we play water polo, for games like that. No one person can do it by themselves. It's a team sport. We are challenged, but competitive and having a great time. Enjoy a friendship with our mates. And thanks to the organizer. And this is a great way to spend your weekend, to make more friends and socialize. Many of us have known each other for 30 years or more. You know, we're just trying to channel what we did in the past, you know, when we were still in the national team, and to channel that same professionalism. And hopefully, we continue this on for many years to come.
