We are honored to perform the ancient song of Li Sao(i.e. to part from troubles) in Chu, a dialect of ancient Chinese upon invitation from ‪@AsianArtMuseum‬ .
The exhibit: Phoenix Kingdoms: The Last Splendor of China’s Bronze Age displays of essence of Chu and Zeng art, kingdoms from China’s Warring States Era. With cultures built upon religious rituals and extravagant offerings from other states, Chu was know at its time for its advanced artistry and craftsmanship of jade, bronze, lacquer, and textiles.
