Automatic pool cleaners or vacuums are normally both troublesome and expensive.
Having mended the suction vacuum I have a few times, at quite some expense, I stumble across a completely new method. One with fewer parts, that works better, and operates from the OUT or RETURN meaning it does NOT suck the dirt and debris through your system.

It had a couple of challenges, but they have been overcome and it only cost a little over what the spare diaphragm would have cost for my old suction vacuum, which you can watch me toss in the rubbish.
