Spent the morning down Mud crab heaven again… but this time the water was cleaner and tides were better so we got some good fish as-well as bagging out on MUDCRABS by lunchtime… Then had the boys over for a big cook up and it was beautiful!! so grab ya self a comfy chair and come along for the adventure

4 tbl spoon vegetable oil
1tsp ginger
2tbs red chilli
1tbs tomato paste
1tbs sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs coriander
