We're just over a week away from CC Sabathia's induction into the Hall of Fame! The Alan Alford Sports Talk Show will provide even more coverage from Cooperstown, NY, marking our third consecutive year covering HOF Weekend!

I’ll be seeing CC again! Fun fact: Several Hall of Fame inductees have shared their concerns and nerves about delivering The Speech. In the end, they’ve all done an incredible job, and I expect nothing less from CC Sabathia.

For anyone who missed it, last month at the East-West Classic, @rickwood_field CC Sabathia received an original seat from the Polo Grounds as a gift! A wonderful gift! I had the chance to cover the East-West Classic and the HBCU Swingman Event to ask CC about it!

My best advice: relax, be yourself, enjoy HOF Weekend, and don’t worry if you get emotional—it’s no big deal. It just shows you’re a real person. You’ve earned this enshrinement! Congrats again, CC Sabathia! See you next weekend!
