5 MIN PUSH-UPS & SQUATS CHALLENGE
This is a very short but super awesome bodyweight workout/challenge.
It is the follow-up of the @Tjibbe Gaastra (DUTCH DESTROYER) 5-MINUTE CHALLENGE:
IT GOES LIKE THIS:
1 pump burpee+1 squat = 1 rep
2 pump burpees+2 squats= 2 reps
3 pump burpees+3 squats= 3 reps
and so on… for 5 minutes.
If full push-ups are hard, feel free to modify and go off your knees!
I finished 12 reps and 6 pushups, so the total of: 84 pushups and 78 squats.
