Hey my beautiful TEAM VFIT WITH VERA!!! Hope you are ready to sweat and have tons of fun because I have a NEW 40 MIN CARDIO KICKBOXING WORKOUT!
As you know, kickboxing has a unique way of turning any workout into a true sweat session. This is definitely a training type in which you get out what you put into it, so make sure to push yourself hard all the way through this routine by staying focused and present, putting every ounce of effort into every move.
Intervals of cardio kickboxing exercises are combined with upper body, core and leg exercises that target the abdominals, obliques and lower back;
This type of training focuses on cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, stress reduction, improved coordination and speed.
All of these combinations of moves can require quite a lot of coordination; don't feel bad if you lack it!
► DURATION: 40 minutes
►TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
