I guess i am consuming low fiber than before in this diet and that's why i am facing constipation issue. So to solve this problem we consult the doctor, who consulted us and told us to collect medicines from the boots pharmacy.

So in this vlog you can see we went to boot pharmacy to collect medicines and bought some foods which are rich in fiber. Later we showed everything that we had taken from amazon locker and reception. So don't forget to watch the video till the end.
