Yay, team, time to have a good BURN+much FUN with this NEW 30 MIN FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT For Fat Burn At Home! I drew inspiration from the PRIMAL🦍pattern & ANIMAL🐍FLOW movements, connecting them with varied exercises from yoga, gymnastics, parkour, and other movement styles which are fundamental to human beings and are highly effective for MUSCLE BUILDING, FAT BURNING, and BODY SCULPTING, BALANCE, coordination & STRETCHING. And sometimes I just mixed in my favourite ones JUST because their names are homonyms, like in “ducks🦆” or “fly🪰jacks”😂. Either way the routine turned out to be a SUPER SWEATY, HIGH INTENSITY functional session which you shouldn’t miss ✅

🔰30x10 intervals of cardio exercises are combined with upper body, core and leg exercises that target the abdominals, obliques and lower back, so the routine focuses on cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, stress reduction, improved coordination and speed.🔰

► DURATION: 30 minutes
►TIMER: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
►MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium-high
► CALORIES BURNT: 320-450
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment
► DIFFICULTY: intermediate-advanced
