Fluffy, Flourless Cornmeal Cloud Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cornmeal (195g)
1 1/2 cups hot milk (360ml)
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil (180ml)
1 cup sugar (180g)
1 cup cornstarch (120g)
1/2 packet of shredded coconut (25g) optional
1 tablespoon of baking powder (16g)
