✨ In this video, I share my favorite DIY pantry organization ideas and show how a cozy kitchen makeover in a small space can feel completely new. I’ll also walk you through my homemade jam recipe step by step, with embroidered lids to make every jar special.

🍯 Simple Yellow Plum Jam

Ingredients:
• Yellow plums – 1 kg
• Sugar – 500 g (adjust to taste)
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (to preserve color and flavor)
• Optional: pectin – 1 tsp (for thicker jam)

🥄 Instructions:
1. Prepare the plums:
• Wash, halve, and pit the plums.
2. Cook the plums:
• Place plum halves in a saucepan with 1–2 tbsp of water.
• Cook over medium heat until soft, stirring occasionally.
3. Add sugar:
• When the plums are soft and juicy, add sugar and lemon juice.
• Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
4. Simmer:
• Cook for 15–20 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly.
• Optional: add pectin to help the jam thicken faster.
5. Blend (optional):
• For a smoother texture, blend with an immersion blender.
6. Jar the jam:
• Pour hot jam into pre-sterilized jars.
• Seal tightly and invert for 10–15 minutes to create a vacuum.

💡 Tips:
• The jam will thicken further as it cools.
• Add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
• Store in a cool place for up to 6 months; refrigerate after opening.
