In this sweaty routine we alternate fat burning cardio & muscle strengthening exercises. This will keep your heart rate up during the entire session.
If you don’t have the dumbbells, no worries! Use water bottles or any weighted objects or go without, but mimicking the moves! No excuses, let’s go!
