Inside Boise Idaho’s Most Exclusive Luxury Waterfront Community!

Are you guys thinking of moving to Idaho and you want to be in an extremely luxury area, the premier location in the Treasure Valley, but you also want waterfront? Well, that's a tall order unless you're considering TerraView. We're going to get into that neighborhood in this video. Stick around. When I drive into TerraView, first of all, the landscaping is immaculate with the colors, the prestige of it all. The homes are not cookie cutter, very custom with unique features. You also have 21 lakes in this area, so you have waterfront properties and you also are surrounded by the Boise Mountains. What more could you want? So what makes TerraView so special? Let's first talk about the location. We're here just north of Eagle, so not too far away from Eagle. You've got Star just a few steps away as well, and this area does set you a little bit apart from downtown Eagle. So if you don't want to be in the downtown scene, set out a little more. You have the view of the Boise Mountains. It's a great location. You're a little bit closer to the foothills. You've got the Boise Greenbelt. They also, you guys, this is amazing. They are planning this to be a master plan community, so they have reserved the front part of TerraView to be commercial property. So we're going to see a store come here, which will be very convenient because your closest store will be in downtown Eagle. And we're also going to have some restaurants, probably a coffee shop, maybe some boutique stores, but it will be very exciting. Yeah, it's really, I mean, it's going to be, it's an awesome idea. And obviously, we've been talking a lot about these neighborhoods that are doing these massive mass plan communities. Now, we've talked about neighborhoods like Valnova and Avonmore. TerraView's not quite to that scale, but the fact that they're already planning for, you know, like restaurants and, you know, shops and really we're kind of at the mercy of who ends up buying the land, but as high quality as this neighborhood and as luxury as it is, I think there's going to be lots of retailers thinking that this is going to be prime real estate to open up their shop, maybe like a little market or grocery store. So that's going to be coming in the works, but really cool that they're planning on that. Absolutely. And there's actually a really great map inside the clubhouse that shows that part of the development. Let's go check it out. Yeah, and the clubhouse in this place, guys, brace yourselves, it's actually really, really impressive. This clubhouse is so awesome. We're going to walk over to this kitchen area and they have these maps set up to kind of show you an idea of what the current phases look like. So there's all these red dots right here as buildable lots, and then you have all the different phases in this map here. And as you can see, so right now, this is the clubhouse we're at here. All of this orange right here, that's all going to be reserved for the commercial space. So potential for some really awesome shops to be going in. And if you notice here on the side, you have an 11 acre park that's going to be going in. Currently right now, all it is is some baby grass and like a pavilion picnic area. But there's going to be a splash pad going in, playground, and just obviously tons of green grassy space to utilize, play with your neighbors, your friends. And also notice here, look at all of those lakes, guys. Every single one of these homes, well, nearly every single one of these homes is going to be backing up to its own private lake. And really, only the people who have backyards accessing the lake are the ones who have access to the property. So it's never going to be like an overcrowding issue. I mean, I could see your kids making lots of friends with the neighbors and, you know, paddleboard and all that kind of stuff. I just see it being so much fun. I'm really excited to show you that, but wait till the end of the video because that's when we're going to get to the awesome lake views. You guys, this clubhouse here in Tarraview is amazing. It absolutely embodies the elevated luxuriousness that you are going to find in Tarraview. This place is perfect for any social gathering you could want. Birthdays, football games, family get-togethers, just any celebration you want to have. You have this amazing kitchen dining area. And look at these countertops. They are so gorgeous. Not only that, you've got a beautiful fireplace, double-sided for when you're outside and inside. And then as far as hosting whatever social gathering you're wanting to do, I mean, you have state-of-the-art. You have the Gaggenau stove top oven. Look at this fridge, you guys. It is massive. Plenty of counter space in here. And I love that next door is open with tons of seating. You've got a TV in there. Again, if you wanted to do a football game, go Broncos. And not only that, but just outside these doors you've got an amazing pool set up so kids can be playing around, even the adults. But there's plenty of seating if parents just want a lounge. Let's go check it out. And let's not forget you have a fabulous sun deck. If you love to be a little bit in the water but also get some sun on you, that's probably one of my favorite parts of the pool. As well as there is tons of area for lounging. I love how many seats they have. They really use this area very well to get as much seating. You have seating over there, all the way over there. You've got some fire pits that they'll bring out in the cooler months. It's a fabulous place. Another cool area about this pool that like I don't have at my own personal community pool is like these outdoor showers just to rinse off like before you go in the water or after you go in the water. It's such a simple thing but I love being able to rinse off like get as much of the chlorine off me as I can before I head home. This is just an example of the quality and craftsmanship that's going into TerraView. Like when I look at all the builders and the projects going on in this neighborhood, it's like they grabbed all of Boise's best builders. Like best luxury high-end custom builders. I mean like Schell Brothers, Hammett Homes, Highland Construction is here. Okay so next up we want to talk about like what's around you if you live in TerraView. Like what are the amenities and things to do and things like that. So like one of my favorites is that it's literally like right over this hill right behind me there's like a cornfield, there's a road, and then there's River Birch Golf Course which is one of my favorite places to golf. I know I probably say that about everything. I just I really just like golf but it's seriously a really nice course in town built in like 2003 I think so it's really nice and mature so the trees have had a chance to grow and everything. I really like it but there's also lots of really great restaurants like just in downtown Eagle. Yeah Eagle's about 10 to 15 minutes away and yes Eagle has got some great restaurants. Some of our favorites, my husband and I, we love Baquette's. It's a French restaurant, so good. Really good. There's also Costa's Tavern if you love some Greek food. Bardonnay, very well known in the Boise area and also for their beers and you've got some amazing coffee shops too in this area. You have Foreman Function, you have Rembrandt's which is kind of in the heart of downtown Eagle for a coffee shop. Really has and honestly Rembrandt's actually kind of almost rebranded as a full-on restaurant. They still have like really nice like craft coffee stuff but you can also get like lunch and dinner there too so another really great place to check out. So if you are interested in playing pickleball and you're you know like me, sad that it's not in the community, there is the most state-of-the-art amazing pickleball facility like 10 minutes from here called Lifetime Fitness and their courts are just they're incredible. Like I've never played on anything like it. It's so much fun so if you are a pickle of the pickleball variety, definitely check out Lifetime Fitness. It's only 10 minutes from the neighborhood. It's really, really great.
