Hello and welcome back to my house, a garden here in the northeast of Oklahoma.
I'm Chief Jones and you have just landed in the Redwood Garden in Oklahoma.
Today is a day that I have been looking forward to for a long time.
It's a beautiful day in September.
I love the Redwood Gardens and it's finally starting to feel like fall.
We have used up all the water when we got back, and it's getting a little old-fashioned in shape.
Yeah, some rain, which would be very kind of horrible,
but the plants have had a good weather quite well.
I would like to show you a little bit of what we have done.
I'm sure there are going to be some special occasions,
but also for you to see how these plants have been growing for the past few years.
I'm sure you're going to enjoy it.
Welcome to my house.
So, hello, let's take a little break.
We're going to play around now in this beautiful little garden.
We're going to start right here in the front.
I just love it.
It's not something you see all the time in our garden,
but look at these beautiful purple flowers.
For us, this is an annual event.
This has been a big success in the area.
A lot of times we have to come back to Sweden,
but I'm going to announce to you the order in which we have to go to Sweden.
Of course, you're going to be seeing this every Sunday.
I just love this beautiful romantic sphere here in our front door.
You'll see all the little plants,
the flames that are coming out of it,
which makes it seem like so much fun.
But, hello, here's one that you're already used to.
So, we always have to wait a lot of days to get things out.
As gardeners, we take a certain amount of time
to come back and look at the flowers
and see how beautiful they are.
They're so easy to take care of.
Again, in my garden,
so, you know, we're going to go back
and look at the flowers again.
And so, look, it's growing over here.
It's sprouting.
It's getting bigger.
It's growing so fast.
But I use,
I have a hard time kind of raffling it in.
I just love the romantic atmosphere up here in the front.
And it's, you know,
I really enjoy it when it comes back down.
As you can see,
I really enjoy it when it comes back down.
And when you look all the way up,
you'll see all the little violets.
And they're so beautiful.
I mean,
even if it's not the most damaging part to see them,
you might like it.
But of course,
it's beautiful to watch that.
So, but then,
so, I think it's a promise of a great garden.
And of course,
and here in the front,
it's just,
it's a wonderful area.
You really like it.
It's a beautiful area.
So, if you plan a lot of plants,
you plan a lot of serene plants.
Well, rather than a garden,
you know,
you should be able to build a garden.
So, also,
you should be able to have a wild garden.
And it's a lot of serene plants.
You know,
it's a lot of serene plants.
It's a lot of serene plants.
Yeah, look how well they did that.
Okay,
she never had a plan.
So, they never had a serious help.
You know,
you gave her several of them.
Okay,
several of them.
They weren't serious in the area.
Again,
I didn't mean to interrupt her right now.
You know,
but it's just because people can be really mad,
and they have nothing to do with it.
you know,
you can go home.
You know,
it's just a little bit different.
I am very pleased that we have developed these nectar plants.
Of course, this will be in our breakfast room.
This is our best breakfast.
Many young people, when they come out of the house,
they leave the house as soon as possible,
because most of the people have already left the house.
They start eating less and less nectar.
They can only eat a little bit of nectar,
because it is very nutritious.
And I have noticed that more and more nectar is coming out of the nectar plants.
They have become so well again.
I like to cut them back.
I know that it is so difficult to cut them back,
but it is of course difficult when I see them so beautiful.
And I have a lot of them in my garden.
I have added a little bit of nectar
to give them a little nutritious food.
But I say again,
it's a little bit of a hassle to plant them.
It's not always going to happen,
but I have loved it.
I have kept it in my pocket for months.
I love the way it looks.
And that's what I would like to do again.
I really want to grow it again
and grow it as long as I can.
I love the tones.
I love the colors of the roses.
So I wanted to get it again
and grow it as long as I can.
But I can't.
I love the way it looks.
I can't get over it.
Like I said,
I probably could buy it.
But I don't know how,
because those peripherals with white color
sometimes look a lot nicer.
Okay,
now let's move on to the next part of the garden.
Let's see if we can find a place
where we can grow our own blue sage.
Outside of this area,
seeing all the roses is probably the place
where we can grow our own blue sage.
So let's see if we can find a place
where we can grow our own blue sage.
Now,
if you remember,
I spoke to you about
that we were only growing the flowers
when the sun was here.
Also,
the whole season was touched by the sun.
That's what we were trying to do
to get to know each other better.
You know,
the blue sage
and the flowers
were at the front of the garden
when the sun was setting.
They were kind of flying around
and that was kind of my problem.
But I love having the same plants
on different trees
and growing them
in different ways.
That way,
you can see
which one is the most successful
for that plant.
And those plants
are growing in different ways.
So now,
if you see the new flowers
growing in front of you,
they are more straight.
And over here,
you can see
a nice magnesium
on the entrance.
Again,
if we go back
to the beginning,
we already talked about
the vegetation.
This is the field
that we are looking at
and we can see
a lot of that
when we get here.
This is like the beginning
of the garden
that we are looking at
and we can see
a lot of that
when we get here.
So,
I want to show you
a little more
in detail
when we get
to the pond.
In reality,
this pond
has been here
for three or four years
before we
established
ourselves here.
And
what we are trying
to do
is to get
a little
back-up
effort
and then
add
a few
more shots
to the pond
where
we
Of course,
some trees
have been
developed
better than
others.
Some of them
get more
sun than
others.
We are
still trying
to get
this area
completely
into the shade
area.
We are
planting
more and
more trees
here.
Of course,
if you look
straight ahead,
that is
where we
will see
our
garden
in the shade
area.
So,
one more
time,
this is
our garden
in the
shade area.
I think
it's
looking
really well.
We'll
probably
end up
with
at least
a little
more sun
here.
it's
interesting
to see
what
will
happen
in the
shade
area.
