Hello and welcome back to my channel. As you can see today I am joined by my lovely mum, this is Linda. It's taken me about two years to get her back on the channel so please be kind. So today you're joining us for Body Shape Masterclass 45 or 46 I don't know I'll put it on the screen whatever number it is and we're obviously going to be dressing my mum. You are yes age 74 even though I told everybody last week you're 76. Sorry that's my dad's age. So my mum is 74 I have just turned 50 and so today I'm going to actually be taking my mum out to the shops where we're going to push her out of your comfort zone just a little bit. Yeah a little bit just so I pick clothes for her just to see what they look like on her so hopefully we'll do a bit of twinning at the same time as well. If the channel continues to grow then we continue to bring you these videos but secondly we're going to start the video off by showing you the zip halo. There is a bit of a biohacking aging trick that I use because I don't do the whole botox and things like that and to be quite honest with you I used to use it about a year and a half two years ago and I used it religiously and found it to be really really good it then disappeared from the studio I left I must have loaned it to somebody I can't remember who wasn't you was it no no somebody came in and stole it so I got in contact with zip halo and I asked them to send me another one in an exchange they said well record yourself doing it on day one again six weeks later and we'll send you one and that's exactly what I've done so what I'm going to do now show you the difference on my face from when I started six weeks ago. Okay so it's day one of a six weeks trial on the zip halo the first thing I wanted to show you is my face makeup free what I'm going to do is turn the lights off in the studio because the lights in the studio will actually help to smooth my skin down so let's start by doing that it might go quite dark there we go and now you're going to be able to see a lot more of my contours on my face for me in particular it's this jowly area there can you see now it has got better because I use the red light and because I have used the zip halo before as I've mentioned but recently having not used then I can definitely see this area getting worse so all I'm going to do today is just do one half of the face so you can see hopefully an immediate result so it comes with this conductive gel and you do the whole side of your face making sure that the zip halo is actually charged and when you do put it on it comes pre-loaded with a four minute program called the lift and you can also get the app as well and the app on the phone gives you different treatment programs basically that you can follow and when I used to do it before I used to just have that app on whilst I was watching tv in the night time and just follow what the lady was showing me and that gave me my instant results you also get this quick guide as well so it actually shows you where to move the zip halo to get the desired effect so don't know if you can hear that little beep that happens as soon as you hear that beep you take it off and you start again because I want the lift down here on the chin area that's why I'm going in this direction so it's basically got this dual wave technology in it it's the microcurrents that give you the instant effect so that instant lift so smooth down the line and more definition for example but it's the nano currents which gives the more longer lasting effect and the zip halo has got both of them going on at the same time so I think the microcurrent works on like the muscular level and again that's what gives you the instant lift but it's the nano current that actually works on the cellular level and it's that that gives the longer lasting results I also find that it makes my skin glow more okay there you go I don't know if you heard it then but it bibbed to say my four minutes is up let's have a look now all I'm looking at is a little camera thing there but I definitely can see a lift there look that part of the jowl is much further down it has a hundred percent lifted on that side of the face I'm going to stay quiet for a second can you see that I'm going to come back in six weeks time where I have used it every single day for four minutes each side and we're going to see the difference so this is me six weeks later again I'm going to turn the studio lights off because as you can see all of the lights create like this smoothing effect on your skin there we go so personally I think it has definitely tightened up these areas I feel less crow-like there and these have definitely smoothed down a little bit there obviously when I smile you can still see the lines but I feel a lot better so for me I think it works and I'm fully invested what I'm about to do as well is also try it on you mom okay so that's why I've asked you to come makeup free just on on this bit here so let's try it on my mom just using it once and then afterwards I'm going to show you the process of me using it okay so that is both mom and I with no makeup on on our actual faces do you want to come a little bit closer mom there we go so we have both got mascara on why have we got mascara on mom we always say we've got such blonde eyelashes that even if we were on our deathbed we've like promised each other that we'll still have mascara on because that's how bad we look so we've got mascara on I've got my lipstick tattooed on so I don't have to put lipstick on anymore I just put like a Vaseline over but you've got lipstick on haven't you yeah we've got nothing on our faces so I'm going to put the gel this is the conductive gel on my mom and there's a little pouch by the way for the zip halo as well which makes it really good for traveling and we're going to see what these micro currents and nano currents do after one attempt on my mom so we're only going to do the one side I will even you up when we go shopping I feel like Quasimodo so we will even her up but let's just see what it looks like before and afterwards so you turn it on mom yeah that's it wait for it to bib okay so you're going to go along your contours of your face almost where you want to stretch it so let me just try following your contours a little bit better so I can see here that this is where you don't need the lift would benefit from it and it is so good for menopausal skin because it helps stimulate the collagen in the skin you feel that is it can you feel like a little tingling yeah tingling yeah a slight tingling nothing too bad is it I should say that the gel is really really important to use because that helps conduct the micro currents and the nano currents so if you feel it's a little bit too stingy at any point then that's probably because you haven't got enough gel on it and it does your crow's feet as well if you were up here it does crow's feet it does thin lines it does jowls just you know your lines on the forehead we're going to do a side-by-side picture in a minute as well you actually said to me this morning what did you say while you tell the audience it looks as if you've got makeup yeah I know and I don't at all and I think that's what you get you get that glow but I found as well I am using a night cream which I'm finding really really good but I'm finding that I get like a clean palette to work with right so I'm not getting so many red spots and it just feels tighter basically yeah okay we're gonna finish this side off for mum and then we will come back with some side profiles for you okay so this is the side that we've done just go closer to the camera there is can you well how do you feel yeah it feels tighter my skin feels tight yeah you can yeah you can see there can't you look look so that jowl there starts there and now that one has started just a little bit more further up now that's your first time yeah so six weeks on you're really going to see the difference yeah I'm definitely impressed with that are you do you want me to do the other side before we go shopping I think so yes okay um I just think they might think I've had a stroke yeah absolutely okay so we're both evened up now we've actually now got makeup on but we nearly forgot that we needed to show you our outfits because we've been twinning with mum so you're off to see yes grandchildren and your great-grandchildren so she asked me to get her some travel outfits some really comfy travel outfits so um we've treated you to a couple of barley sets haven't we um and they're gorgeous and we're both wearing them right now so let me show you what these look so I'm five three and a half you're four foot eleven you're a uk size 12 12 14 so I'd say if the trousers are tighter you're a size 14 because she carries more of her weight around uh your thigh area we've both got exactly the same shape actually and we've got we've both got very small waist I get that from my mum she's still really tiny on the waistline there but then you've got more narrow shoulders haven't you so more pear-shaped naturally now you hopefully won't be able to see that in my mum right now because I put shoulder pads in her to balance this out um I'm not wearing shoulder pads myself if you stand straight onto camera flat on mum this is what we're both wearing so we've got the brown barley set on it's got lovely gold detailing here so lovely I know it is honest you can't describe how soft it is I don't want to take it off no well how long's your flight to Australia 24 hours so um it's going to be absolutely perfect now we are both wearing the leg 28 and my mum has got on a little bit of a platform trainer you always have to wear heels don't you yes yeah so she literally cannot wear a flat shoe because it hurts your legs doesn't it yeah because she spent her life in heels so even with the trainer she wears the platform trainer I'm actually wearing a um completely flat added ass and the that's the where the leg 28 comes to me and I'm five foot three and a half like I say and so it's basically coming to about the same level on both of us isn't it yeah because I've got about three inches on yeah you have but but then it's not touching the floor in any way whatsoever but it's long enough that it's covering the majority of your trainer which is where we want it um yeah we've mentioned the fabric it's just beautiful let's come closer to camera okay so the neckline is gorgeous here we've said that you'll probably put on a little tank won't you just so that you've got layers for traveling yeah yeah um gold necklace the monica vinader necklace here this all adds the detail but what I did want to show you is the difference between my mum wearing a shoulder pad versus not wearing a shoulder pad okay so if you watch the difference here I'm going to take these shoulder pads out and mum's actually wearing two shoulder pads at the moment um and I need to hide these shoulder pads because something very exciting is happening in the background which is we have designed our own shoulder pads which fit in a different way to all the others I'm hiding them because they haven't been released yet um but they are really good aren't they mum yes it means you don't get the dent they're the ones you get the dent of your bra yes yeah so we've solved that that issue now can you see on the right side how you are sloping I know it's yeah but that's a proper slope now and that's going to be more rounded when you're more rounded that's when we start to feel I suppose slightly more slobby you know yeah I do feel I need shoulder pads now because I do slow yes yeah and just naturally your your body has started to slouch as well where that gives structure and when we combine structure and what we mean by structure is angles and when we've got angles everything the starting point is better it's almost like when you put your makeup on you have to have a foundation a base and then you start to apply well that is your base when you're dressing and most women need that even when they've got a big bust so I haven't got a big bust no you haven't thank you because your lack of big bust transferred on to me um so that really does make a difference but we also got you in the grey creamy colour as well so let's try that on and here it is in I think they call it the heather grey um it's beautiful isn't it oh it's gorgeous really lovely I don't yeah well you're gonna be wearing it for 26 hours so you got one to wear there one to wear back and but one thing I want to say to you mom is that you if I say to you oh it would cost x amount usually you'd be like I'm not gonna spend that on a track suit yes yeah so if your budget allows then I think a higher purchase to begin with I think you're going to feel better yes and no bobbling no bobbling you can throw this straight in the dryer you don't need to iron it it comes out beautifully and I think more importantly you feel nicer in it I think so yeah we're often in um sort of slouchy clothes like this you can feel more slobby can't you where you actually said you feel quite premium in this yes I do yeah I love it yeah and I'm going to show you now how to add a coating to this to make it more practical so you can go around the shops and things like that but first of all just come a little bit closer just to show you that I've got the jacket on first of all um now every year they bring out a slight variation in the jumpers and the cardigan jackets so um I'm wearing last seasons on the jacket but they have come up with a slightly slightly different but same version and what do you like about this mum I love the neck yes I feel it I mean you can always tell a lady's age from her neck yes yeah so you like it high up there yes I like it high up yeah I like the fact that you it's got gold hardware on and which always makes things look a little bit more premium and you can pull the zip obviously up and down really nice again we have put the shoulder pads back in my mum and being honest with you the shoulder pads show up more in the lighter colour than the darker colour um but still I wouldn't worry about that if you don't if you don't need to um but let's try putting a coat on mum and seeing what the finished look would look like now just while my mum is doing that I just wanted to point out that right now I am wearing the leg 30 so in the brown ones I was wearing the leg 28 I just wanted to show you where they come to on my five foot three and a half frame now right now they are just hitting the ground that little bit too much so all I would be doing is turning over the waistband just by half the amount so then they didn't touch the ground so I actually prefer the longer leg on me to be honest rather than 28 so I think it definitely if you're five four and above you need to be buying the 30 leg and then after that they do a 32 leg as well um but the only people I've put a 32 leg in is those people who are about five nine and above most other people have been fine in the 30. Okay now one way to make you look really elegant but still stay comfy is to add a warm coating. How are you feeling now? Lovely. Can you tell she's going to be leaving my studio with a lot of clothes in her hand? So this coat is beautiful first of all it's that juxtaposition between something casual and something a lot smarter um which makes for a really elevated look but you could walk around town all day yeah absolutely and this coat has got this beautiful scarf effect here. Yeah that definitely needs to come home with you um they do this coat in the cream as well they do it in the red I'll show you that at the side um I had it last year in like a tan colour but they sell out super quickly so I'll be wearing this all over the winter months but if you don't buy it now you aren't going to get it and the high street only does a few of their key staple sort of um winning pieces and that's to drive you to the shops for all their standard items so the key items like this they're really really nice pieces just go straight. It's a good length on you as well and obviously you're only four foot eleven so you haven't had to buy usually a coat yeah I'll be right down to my yes so but it fitted me exactly the same really and I love the colour contrast the burgundy looks really nice as well so I've also got some burgundy shoes yeah okay they would look really nice as well yeah some boots or some loafers you could wear with that as well um yeah really really nice but mum we've got to go to the shops. I don't know she doesn't like the shops. Okay so mum and I are in where are we? So I'll tell you what happened here is I had to take some returns back so I said mum go and have a look to see if you like anything and what did you say? No nothing. Nothing and I was gone for about maybe 10 minutes and you couldn't find a single thing could you? No. So I had a look for her instead and we were able to find two changing worths worth of clothes now I'm not saying all of them going to fit her but certainly I was able to find things that she hadn't necessarily thought about herself starting off with this really nice now we know everything's going to be too long on so for anybody don't bother commenting that the trousers too long please because it takes us time to answer back to you when we know of course we would have to take the trousers up but this is what she's wearing right now. Okay so what's your feelings on something like this then mum? Yeah I quite like it actually. Do you? I wouldn't have tried it on. Yeah it's surprised you has it so I'm just moving the camera down so everybody can see so basically it's an elasticated waist trouser yep so very comfy you're wearing it in a medium aren't you and you're a UK size 12 to 14. The important thing mum is where would you wear it for your lifestyle? Oh well I couldn't go in the garden with it. No you couldn't go in the garden with it and that's where you spend 99% of your time which is a really good point because when you aren't in the garden is it realistic for your lifestyle when are you wearing it? Yeah I perhaps if we went for a pub meal or yeah something and like when you come down and see us can we go out? I feel I could even wear it with a polo neck underneath yes yeah yeah to make it a bit warmer or yeah absolutely and I tell you what you could add to this and your favorite color at the moment burgundy yes so you've got burgundy boots yes and a burgundy handbag that would actually look really really nice I'm just going to grab a bit of burgundy just to show you okay so I've just grabbed literally a burgundy pair of trousers there but if you just hold those mum like it would be your handbag basically can you see now how that pops with the color yeah a burgundy boot or she's just got on a white trainer right now that works really well the boot is going to elevate the outfit the trainer is going to make it look more casual yeah I could even wear it for traveling but um I love the varley you've been spoiled mum I have so the varley is the fabric it's just so super soft it feels lightweight you feel like you haven't got it on but sometimes that sort of tracksuit fabric is not appropriate for some events where this is your in-between thing I think it is yeah oh and I must admit I would never have picked it out picked it out good all right I do quite I feel quite comfortable in it good all right well you're wearing a size medium in the trousers and the top and I'll just show you my outfit actually so I have just got on my faithful um Levi's rib cage an old suede jacket from Zara and then a blue jumper from Hush so next we've got some burgundy wide leg trousers now I've put these on my mum on purpose because a lot of people say that when they're short they can't wear a wide leg trouser that is absolutely not the case whatsoever of course they are too long for her she's four foot eleven so they're not made for your size in I'm sorry I'm hardly tall myself am I um but so of course we'll have to take them up but they actually only need to be taken up by one Hemsworth mum which is just a bit of um iron on tape that's all yeah we've used the shirt to actually highlight mum's small waist if I was to have done that shirt like that that's when a short person can't wear um a wide leg trouser can you see that now I've really shortened her legs and she looks block like all the way through so this is where a tighter top underneath really does work especially when you've got that lovely waistline there as well now the one thing about this shirt I'm just going to come in and focus can you see the seam is down there my mum needs the seam up here on her shoulders because when the seam is down like that it makes her arms look really rounded and much bigger than they are on that side I've adjusted it slightly so that the seam looks like it's higher up can you see the difference rounded more structured so it wouldn't be the right shirt for you mum because there'd be too much judging around that you'd need to do not even if I've got a smaller one because I feel this is no that is a small oh yeah that is a small and you're meant to be a size 12 to 14 it's more the fact that the seam isn't meant to be on the shoulder in that so it's the cut that's wrong for you but those trousers look lovely and I think those trousers would go with that jacket as well really nicely are they comfy yeah very comfy elasticated waist yeah absolutely and you're wearing them in a size medium again you're a 12 to 14 so it just shows you with that's two sets of things that we've had on straight away that fitted you even against in your eyes your age the styling and everything else okay now I'm really hoping that these bright lights mum don't make this shirt see through so if you can see a nude underwear nude bra and those lights you can't see it in real life right it's just the the lights can be a bit of a nightmare um but that blouse looks lovely on you and that's wide leg jeans here so whilst I think that blouse is gorgeous it would go much better with just these jeans for example in fact I'll try it on in a minute and that's because these jeans would just be flat here where here you've got all this extra fabric so can you see what I mean um and that's where people get it wrong they they they're not thinking from head to toe they're just thinking what like a nice blouse I'll put it with any jeans well no it's not any jeans it's the jeans that are going to be really flat here because you've got the volume on top so yeah let's try something else on okay so I've got the blouse on I'll come to that in a minute but look at this that we've found this is a fantastic dupe for the Bali one um a lot more obviously better on the price point so how does it feel it feels really nice and if I just say I saw it on the rail I wouldn't have picked it up no because it looks quite young off the rail doesn't it and because when we will show it you open in a minute but it's actually quite a long sort of uh slouchy type of look and you wouldn't have thought that you would have got this sort of shape from it but it really is lovely it's got a lovely waistband don't just show that waist there you go you see that waistband there that is really nice lovely straight legged but wide but not too wide um that sort of rattling sleeve is quite good on yeah and also it's the combination of not just the ragging sleeve but it's a combination of the raglan with the shoulder with with the stand-up collar it's both if that collar was just flat then the ragging sleeve wouldn't work as well for you because the collar here is elongating you um but yeah I really like that I think had we have not found you the Bali I'd have said that would be a great one to travel to in Australia yes it would yeah it really would yeah it's much thicker than the Bali one yes yeah it would be quite nice around the house one yeah cozy night scene and just yeah but even you've got to remember that it's so stylish you can still go to the shops in that oh yeah I could put a coat on top of that yeah yeah absolutely and I would feel happy to go to the shops yeah absolutely um mum I'll let you go out and put that white top on underneath the new one that we've got in and I will just show you this blouse on myself so what was happening with my mum is that the trousers were too um voluminous around this part if you're going to wear a voluminous blouse like this you need to show off a smaller and that's exactly what these jeans are allowing my shape to do so it is a beautiful blouse I think she's going to take that but it is always about head to toe dressing and making sure that all parts of your frame are actually being thought about there you go there it is just with a plain top on this is from Zara as well um you feel more comfortable in that because it's not so tight I do yes um but that's the that's the jacket you can see the length of it there so for mum you like things that cover your bum don't you I do I think that is really really nice do we know the price on it so the jacket is £29.99 and I can't imagine the trousers are any more than that either but yeah really nice coming home with you coming home with me great okay now I love this but mum said no straight away didn't you yes is it the shape is it just too structured for your lifestyle what's going on I think it's too structured for my lifestyle yeah I wouldn't get anywhere out of it can you see how it does something for your figure though yeah yeah if I was going somewhere special yeah then trousers to match and yeah absolutely yes but I wouldn't wear it but I love the structure yeah can you see how much smaller you look when you've gone straight across there in that really defined structure I get it that it's not right for your lifestyle but hopefully it might be right for somebody's lifestyle if I was going to the office every day yeah I would I would buy it yes yeah and given again your height it's not coming up too long down your legs or anything on those lines but what I would say is that mum is wearing a size large right now and as we've seen she's tiny around her waist but you still can't well I suppose we could you could push it to do up couldn't you let's have a go but it's a little bit tighter than we'd perhaps want it for sitting in a jacket all day but there we go yeah oh you could do it up couldn't you but bearing in mind that you're only a UK 12 to 14 and you're in a large you know I think it only goes up to an extra large I'd say definitely size up in that because ordinarily you've been a medium in everything else okay so I'll let you go mum just to show you a pair of trousers that I have just picked up they are probably the highest waisted trousers I have ever tried on literally like my bust starts there they're only like two inches away from my bust but they are really nice and flattering the profile on them is lovely they've got a big gold zip at the back so I'm hoping that you can see that now it's very hard getting that angle by yourself and originally I actually put the gold zip here and actually thought it looked really quite nice like that it was only because when I opened it up the label was there that I realized it should have been the other way around but I think you could wear them with the gold zip there which would add a little bit of detail so they are very nice I'd say they are only going to suit somebody who's got a very small waist it doesn't matter if you've got larger hips it will suit that person as well but if you carry your weight all around this midsection and they're not going to suit you sorry for the honesty but I would rather be honest with you than you know encourage you to buy something that wouldn't suit your body shape okay so next up my mum has just picked this up because she's actually got this from last year wasn't it yes last year yeah in the grey and well you tell the audience what you said and I found it so useful you know nipping to the shops in the car it was smart without being too smart too formula I can see I would buy another one yes and they've got it the that's like the beigey colour then they've got it in the cream yeah and the dark grey as well I think I think they've got it in the dark grey I had the dark grey last year and I loved it I found it so useful yeah really nice you can kind of adjust the hood as well to sit sort of yeah a little bit different can't you so like wider if yep nice okay we'll link it for people in case they're interested okay so that is us done in Zara I just thought I would show you the actual outfit that my mom has come shopping in today which is lovely so she's stolen my nobody's child jacket which she's insisted on buying off me because she's like that aren't you mom do you want to turn around because how lovely is that I think it's such a nice profile I think it's we can turn that around now mom and it's only a small and it's only a small yes I will like it more because of that even though you're not meant to take any notice of the labels mom but yes um but yes it is a size small um what I like about that is it gives the modern style of the barn coat which we're seeing everywhere but it feels a behind like more age appropriate it's just got that bit of shaping rather than just straight down um you've got the lily silk cashmere jumper on underneath and then these are your own jeans aren't they from M&S yep and some brown boots which are actually Zara's brown boots but we will link them for you but she's just got her own brown boots on as well I think I've already shown mine have I I think I have just in case I haven't um hush Zara last year Levi's jeans and Zara boots okay so we are now in Uniqlo and we're trying on their cashmere jumpers because am I right in thinking you've never even been in here have you mom no I've never heard of it other than you yeah so their cashmeres are really good value I think they're about 79 pounds what I like about them is that they do the same colorways in the merino wool and then also like a souffle yarn they call it don't they and that souffle yarn is about 29 pounds and then you go up in price points but the cashmere is their highest price point but heed this warning you need to go up by at least one to two sizes so if I just step forward a minute mom just to show them I'm a UK eight and that is me wearing a size medium I would not buy myself the size medium I would buy a large because it's going to shrink a little bit when you put it in the wash and yes I do put them in the washing machine but I put them on like a hand wash it's not even a 30 you said 30 wash actually earlier on mom it's not even a 30 wash it's like a hand wash on my my machine never put them in the dryer and I just dry them flat but I still think after where you get a little bit of shrinkage so if I was to start at this medium I've got nowhere to go so I would start at the large which will just drape just as nicely that's the crew neck mom do you want to step forward there you're in the polo neck which is just nice and warm yeah yeah you said you would layer this wouldn't you just like a layering tool maybe over the brown suit that you've just bought yeah um yeah but let's I'd like to see you in some color so let's try on the red ones mom okay you know how I like my color I feel much better and brighter in color um do you as well yeah I feel like we need color otherwise it can drain us a little bit um but color is hard to layer up which is why we always go for the white base layers we mum and I've been speaking a lot about coats whilst we've been shopping today and I think you've come around to the idea that a plain like just a plain white or cream top underneath has gone with every single coat you've tried on yeah um do you want to just step ahead step forward a second mom so that is the medium on my mom who is a size 12 to 14 um I am wearing the size large in it sorry mom can I just ask you to yeah it's too tight isn't it yeah so I'm finding on you mom it's clipping on your your bust a little bit here which is fine but you haven't got a very good fitting bra on have you we need I need your lady yeah you are having an appointment with my lady because when your bust is sitting a little bit higher and not so flat here then that is going to shape like can you see around my bust line it and my bust isn't full my bust is down here as well I'm like heavy down bottom and flat on the top but now that I've got the right bra rod it helps shape as well so that just shows you how important that is as well so moving on to a loungewear set that we've both just spotted is this cable knit it's very nice and soft it is beautiful and soft yeah I don't feel like it would bubble what do you think do you think you get bubbling on that I think you've got less chance of bubbling on this than any other than like a proper cashmere set actually yeah I've got cashmere this is lovely to just sit in the lounge yes yeah but I have got this in a cashmere set from the white company and that has bubbled all inside the leg um but this doesn't feel like it would it is actually very nice obviously the two different colors mom's got it in the navy I've got it in the beige they did another color as well didn't they yeah I can't remember what color I'd like a brighter color a brighter color yes yeah you said you really like the the jumper I do yes yes you don't have to buy it as a set obviously no I like the jumper better than the cashmere one I tried oh do you yeah okay so you could easily wear that with jeans and then a jacket over and then you've got the hood to keep your sort of neck warm so that would definitely be an option um I'm wearing a small in the trousers and a large in the top and mom you're wearing a large in the trousers and an extra large in the top oh right yeah because look how small yeah I would need this yeah you'd need that extra size wouldn't you and you would never I've never would never have thought to have picked up an extra large for you on top when you're in your size 12 so hopefully that helps people but yeah nice set for hanging around the housing okay so here's a little lesson mom said she wanted a chocolate brown one to go under this coat and I said it won't actually do much with that coat it won't lift that coat in any way you were like I wanted to try it and look what we're thinking it doesn't it dulls the whole coat down doesn't it it looks much better with it just in cream so even though the cashmere jumper by itself is nice do you want to take that coat off mom so yes it's a very nice jumper but if that's your main coat now for this transitional where it is then it's no use buying that jumper you're better to buy it in the cream because then you like the cream yeah so that would go and that's how people have got to try and think it's like well what jacket have I got to wear everything all of that um I like this purple though I love the purple yeah and that's the cardigan again that I'm wearing that in a size large um I might actually take that because we have our team photo shoot coming up and we've got a bit of a burgundy theme going on so that could be quite nice for somebody to wear so um yeah that's very nice just me for a moment just to show you that they do all the same colours in the v-neck as well and that feels really lovely the v is a really nice strong v there and that's like the beige colour again I'm wearing that in a size large and yeah I'm really liking all of their collection I think for the 79 80 pound mark on a cashmere it's really good um it isn't the same as buying like a really fluffy lovely one that's gonna cost you 200 pounds obviously um but 200 pounds is out of a lot of people's budgets so I think this is a really good compromise to get you into nice classic sort of jumpers okay so we're now in Marks and Spencer's and we have just found a few odd little pieces that we both like so I found this burgundy jumper it's in an alpaca wool mix I'm wearing it in a UK 10 which seems quite generous actually I'd say in sizes so very different to that of a Uniqlo um I always think the alpaca looks really quite expensive but personally I find alpaca itches so I know I could only wear that with a long sleeve white t-shirt underneath otherwise it would just absolutely drive me crazy um but yep it is very nice we will leave that for you so this jacket is lovely really nice if I hadn't got about five of these already I would absolutely be purchasing this my mum said that she's thinking about it as well but both of us have got so many jackets I'm sorry as you can see the door keeps closing on me and there's not enough room when I'm in here to shut the door at least I don't think there is let me have a look maybe there would be just to show you the jacket but yeah that is lovely I love how it does up there it's very barber-esque but with a classy touch to it um I am wearing it in a UK 10 and that fits perfectly at the moment okay so just pulled mum back on because we were pairing together this blue with the burgundy and these are the burgundy trousers that she picked up in Azara and if you just face the camera mum rather than side on that's it loving the burgundy with the blue but look at the neckline on the jumper it's kind of just sticking up a little bit too much around the neck so we started to pull it about a little bit and we added some shoulder pads in here but we still quite can't quite get it sitting right can we which is a shame but with anybody that's got longer hair that wouldn't be a problem but because you've got the short hair your eye is really drawn to that but I think it shouldn't put you off the colour no I think the colour with the burgundy works really well um but what I think would work really well is you so putting the burgundy jumper on that I've just had on in the mohair putting that together and let's see what that looks like okay okay mum popping over my shoulder there so I'm at the forefront so I'll just do this jacket first of all um sorry mum just stepping back onto you I really like that I think it gives 70s vibes with the jeans do you think um Del Boy maybe yeah exactly especially being yeah um that's a size 10 I could see that being really useful in the winter um I'm just trying to think how many more I've got at home because I think I've got quite a few like this just different styles so what I might do is take it and then return it if I've realized I've got them at home but yeah I'm definitely going to buy it whilst it's still in stock okay so I really like the colour blocking like that with the gold jewellery showing the trousers are obviously too long we need to do them up but um you're not sure of colour blocking are you no I think it looks really classy yeah let me show you actually okay so what I'm trying to show my mum is to think about the coats as well that you've got so you've got that lovely lily silk last year so knowing that for most of the winter when you go out of your house you're going to be wearing a coat the majority of the time we know that when you take your coat off that looks lovely as a set together but what you've got to think about is what colour are my coats at home and this is the colour of your coat and what is it going to go over now can you see now that even though you're colour blocking in the middle the colour contrast of the coat will make that look really really nice yeah I love that lily silk cashmere yeah it is very nice isn't it yeah but any sort of just wool coat beige colour would then look really nice with it yeah well I look like it looks like I've got a bit of convincing to do on the arm um we'll see if she buys it or not okay so we are now looking in mint velvet just to let you know that my mum is just trying this jumper on I've got this it is a jumper that then looks like it's got a another jumper over the shoulders but it is very late at night and I'm awful with this yeah so I'll tell the audience don't worry basically she's still got her cream wool and jumper on underneath because it's so late in the shops that we can't get in the changing rooms that's the large in it um I think that would be the right size yeah yeah I do like it and that comes in the brown the grey in the short sleeve um cream I've got the cream in it and uh there was another navy so we've got to sign off because it's really late but um yeah I know don't worry they'll they'll know to take off the jumper underneath look at look at all of our bags down here this is what we're having to carry around with us so we're pretty tired now aren't we mom so yeah so
