Inside a £1,000,000 luxury Birmingham, England apartment

Welcome to the Concord House, set in an urban position adjacent to The Cube and the Mailbox is this fantastic three bedroom New York loft style apartment. Sitting on the top floor of the original building and benefiting from a south westerly elevation, the open plan living area is flooded with natural light. This luxury apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is just under 3,000 square feet. It's for sale at just under £1,000,000 and listed with Rachel at Farnham Country Solid Hull. So we're standing in the main open plan living area, just behind us is the main living space and the wall is actually painted so you can have a projector just above us, Yeah, even though it's a warehouse conversion there's still so much technology built in. All of the wiring and everything for the projector is set through to the media room there and what I love about standing in this space is the ceiling heights. So they're over three meters and you've got these huge windows towards the right hand side which open up to the south westerly aspect and just bring floods and floods of light in. Yeah and to the left left of us as well we've got a separate little reception room which could either be a cinema room or the previous owners actually had it as like a gym room. So whatever you want it to be. So guys now we're in the kitchen area and we've got this beautiful central island with a bar area. I love the open plan feel and how the developer has managed to keep a lot of the industrial heritage of the property and the history but while also fitting really high-end luxury fittings, you've got such fantastic appliances built throughout this kitchen space and so much storage built in as well. Everywhere you look there's storage and it really helps keep that minimalistic vibe. Yeah so otherwise in the kitchen you've got the wine cooler fridge which is fantastic. Above that you've got a drop-down charging point for your iPhones and then over to the other end of the kitchen you've got the fridge freezer and two Simmons microwave ovens. So another super cool feature in the kitchen is the extractor fan. So it basically comes down when you're cooking and then you can remote control it back up when you're finished. So you can make sure you put everything away in the cupboards, put the extractor fan up and it's just got that really minimalistic vibe. So we've got bespoke individual fittings throughout. All of the light fittings and all the radiators are unique and custom designed to the property. Yeah and to the front of the kitchen you've also got a power point so you can have a TV put on the wall. So you can have a TV there and another TV at the back of the room as well. So now we've seen the living area. Back in the entrance where you've got these fantastic front doors. These are super safe, no one is getting through here. You've also got the media room over to the right with storage space and then the WC as well. Yeah and to the left of us is where the bedrooms are. So like we said there's three bedrooms and let's check out the master suite first. Okay so we're in the master bedroom now. This is a king size bedroom and it has a south facing aspect as well. Yeah and the owner's got custom built wardrobes. So again your clothes can be put away and hidden and this room's also got a really nice ensuite which we'll go into now. So guys this is the ensuite and it's so big and spacious. We've got his and her sinks and this luxury bath behind us and also a huge double shower behind you guys. Yeah it does and throughout so the developers they converted this building in 2015 but it's still even in this apartment literally feels as if it's brand new. So it's Elevate Property Group and they've done a fantastic job. So should we go check out the other bedrooms now? So just to the left of us we've got loads of storage space and it's all hidden so again looks really minimal. Okay now I'm going to show you the bedrooms on the right hand side. Okay so the apartment has three bedrooms all double rooms with south facing views over Birmingham and each have their own ensuite as well. Okay guys so this is the utility room. We've got a washing machine and dryer and this washing machine is actually a smart washer. So you put your clothes in and it weighs it for you and chooses what to use. So that's kind of cool and then we've also got here a filter system for the air. So this basically means when somebody is using an ensuite it will detect that somebody's in there and it will filter the air and clean it.
