Hi guys welcome back to PS desire.
In this video I will show you the little trick using neural filters.
I think you guys know about neural filters right?
If you don't know about it, no worries.
These filters are an exciting feature that can truly transform your creative process.
While most people primarily use them to enhance and manipulate images and photos.
But guess what?
Did you know that you can also apply these filters to the text?
Yes, that is right.
In particular, the style transfer filter can give your text a whole new look making it
stand out in your document.
So let's dive into how you can use this to achieve this effect.
First you need to have your text ready.
Simply type out what you want in your document.
Make sure it looks exactly how you want it.
Once that's done, it's time to navigate to neural filters.
To do this, go to filter menu and from there select neural filters.
When the dialog box pops up, there is an important step to take.
Click on convert to smart object.
This ensures that your text is ready to be transformed by the neural filters.
Now that your text is set up as a smart object, you will be taken to the neural filter workspace.
Here you will see a range of options, but the one we are interested in is style transfer.
If this is your first time using it, you might need to download it first.
But don't worry, it's a quick and easy process.
Once style transfer is activated, you will see two categories of presets to choose from.
One artist styles and another image styles.
These presets will apply different visual effects to your text, allowing you to get
creative with how it looks.
Again, some of these presets might need to be downloaded before you can use them, but
it's well worth it for the variety of styles they offer.
After you have selected the preset that you like, the magic happens.
The style transfer filter will apply the chosen effect to your text, transforming it into
something truly unique and eye-catching.
Experiment with these different presets and see which one suits your project best.
And here the settings to help you get the most out of your neural filters experience.
Each of these filters settings plays a crucial role in fine tuning the final look of your
image or text.
After applying a style transfer filter, this strength, this slider controls the intensity
of the style effect applied to your image or text and style opacity.
This setting lets you control how transparent or opaque the style effect is and next detail.
This slider controls the level of detail in the style effect and next background blur.
This setting is especially useful when you want to create a depth of field effect or
simply want to isolate the subject of your image or text and brightness.
As name suggests, this slider controls the overall brightness of the text saturation.
This slider controls the intensity of the colors in the image or text and final one
preserve control.
This settings ensures that the original colors of your image or text are maintained.
Even after applying the style effect, it's particularly useful when you want to keep
the color scheme consistent with the rest of your project design.
And the best way to figure out what works for your content is to experiment.
Play around with the sliders and see how they affect the final outcome.
With a little bit of trial and error, you will soon find the perfect combination of
settings to make your content stand out.
And also you can personalize your text even further by using your own images as styles.
Let me show you how to use this awesome feature.
First locate the custom tab in the style transfer settings.
Once you are there, you will see a folder icon.
Click on it and it will open a file browser window.
This is where you can select any image from your computer that you would like to use as
a style.
So go ahead and choose the image that best suits the look you are going for.
Now once you have selected your image, the style transfer filter will automatically apply
the style from your chosen image to your text.
You will see the text transformation right before your eyes.
Taking on the characteristics and qualities of the image we have selected.
It's really that simple.
But wait, there is one more step to make sure your changes are confirmed and saved.
Navigate to the output settings and choose smart filter.
This ensures that the style transfer is applied as non-destructive filter which means you
can easily tweak or remove it later if you need to.
Once you have done this, click ok to finalize the settings.
And that's it.
If your text is now undone with a completely unique and personalized style, all thanks
to the power of style transfer filter and your own creativity, don't be afraid to experiment
with different images and see how they transform your text.
The possibilities are endless and the results can be truly stunning.
