Inside a £1,650,000 Luxury modern home in the Midlands, UK

Hey guys, welcome to today's tour. Today we're going to show you around this luxury five bedroom new build. It's on the market at 1.65 million and listed with Rebecca at Walker Doble Birmingham. Let's go check it out. Okay, welcome inside to the property guys. I'm going to show you the ground floor first. It's full of technology, so we're really excited to show you around. Yeah, so come on through to the kitchen. So this is kind of an over grand kitchen, dining area, or you know, living room space as well if you want to. Yeah, super modern air, everything is literally brand new. There's so much technology like we talked about. We've got underfloor heating throughout the whole property and you can literally control so many elements of the kitchen from your phone. Yeah, so there's also a little iPad on the wall, which controls the TV, the light, the heating, and like Matt said, you can also do it on your phone, which I just think makes life so much easier. And you've also got seven speakers on the ceiling of this room. In the kitchen alone and speakers throughout the rest of the property as well. So the ovens over here, let me show you these, these are really cool. So you've got the oven set up over here and these ovens have wifi built in. So you can literally be coming home, driving home from work and program your oven to a set temperature and set timing from your phone. And so when you get home, your dinner or your food is going to be ready. That's a great feature. I guess you just have to remember to put your food in before you go. Yeah, it doesn't put your food in for you. Yeah, when you're on your way home, you can turn the oven on. So you get in the door and it's ready. Yeah. But this is the coolest part of the kitchen. So it looks like a normal kitchen. And through here, we've got a secret door that comes on through to a kitchen section. Yeah. Yeah. It's a really nice way of having it completely kind of hidden away. You can have your appliances in here, your washing machine and everything, and it just keeps it nice and settled in the kitchen. It really gives it that minimalistic vibe in there. Yeah. And you've got a little technology cupboard as well with all the tech stuff because this house has like three kilometers of wiring. Yeah, three kilometers. Amazing. Yeah. So you can actually put an Xbox in the tech cupboard and make it wired to one of the bedrooms. So everything's hidden. Yeah. That's kind of cool. We're speaking to the builder, the developer, and it's actually cat six ready, which not a lot of new houses have prepared for that, which means when AK is available, this home will be able to have that quite easily. So that's another thing that's important to think about. Yeah. So heading back through now, let's go to the two reception rooms to the back of the kitchen area. Okay. So we've also got a little downstairs toilet here, but just off the walls here, we've got two similar sized reception rooms. Let's go to this one first, I think. Come on through. Ooh, this is nice. Five places on all ready for us. A really nice sized room, lovely carpet. And I'll tell you what, I love the doors throughout the ground floor here as well. The color of them, part of that gray style rather than traditional. Nice, lovely fire as well. But this is a lovely room. Again, you've got speakers throughout the whole ceiling here. So as we talked about in the kitchen, you can either have all of the speakers working together as one sound system, or you can have individual songs or... You're having a party in the kitchen and I'll have a party. Yeah, pretty much. Right, let's go through to this room now. So this room has got hard floor instead of carpet. So that's quite interesting. They've done carpet that side, hard floor here. I guess this could be a more traditional dining room space. Although you've got the masses of space in the kitchen to have a dining room, this would be nice to have a bit more of a formal area as well. Main window at the front, and then another large aspect window, which just overlooks the front. So much light here. And again, you've got all the speakers built in. So let's head upstairs now and show you the bedrooms. Okay, so upstairs we've got five bedrooms, all with en-suites. Let's check the master bedroom out first. Yeah. Wow, this is an incredible room. Incredible room, so bright and spacious. And around here we've got a walk-in wardrobe section. Wow, this is huge. It's like a kitchen island. Literally, yeah. This is bigger than some people's kitchen. This is so nice. It's got so much space. I like the lights as well, around it. I kind of thought that was... Nice lights. You've pretty much got double everything in here. So it could be a his-and-hers setup, or her-and-hers setup. Yeah, just mine. But you've got drawers in here as well. Yeah, I kind of like the openness. Sometimes it's separate. Some properties are like a separate room for the walk-in wardrobe, but kind of you need to stay in here. So let's go check out the en-suite now. The en-suite in this master bedroom is huge. Wow. Okay, this is one thing that I love about en-suites, and that's double sinks. I don't know if anybody else loves having their own sink, but that's the best. You've got a huge standing shower with a really high-tech shower system. You've got a nice bath that looks towards the outside. It's a really oversized space, isn't it? Yeah. Right, let's head through to the other bedrooms. So again, really nice and spacious, and I feel like it's really bright in here. Yeah, all rooms are really nice and bright. I think the natural light is pretty good, but the quality of the new lighting as well really helps with that. So as we said, all five bedrooms have got their own en-suite. So inside this room, you've got a shower room, so a nice standing shower, nice quality tiles and fittings. Yeah, good space. Let's head to the next room. So this bedroom also has a Juliet balcony and its own en-suite. Yeah, still really good size. They're all good-sized double rooms, aren't they? Yeah, you've definitely got five double bedrooms in here for sure. So guys, just for perspective, the total property is just over 3,700 square feet. So let's go on to check out the next two bedrooms. Again, a great bedroom with an en-suite. I think it's great that they've got en-suites in all of them, because it's just a thing to have now, isn't it? I think certainly in this price range, you'd really expect to have that, but the quality of them though is really to a high standard in this property. And yeah, this is the last bedroom. Yeah, and I actually quite like all the en-suites in the different bathrooms. They actually aren't the same. They have a different kind of tile and finish throughout, but the combination of them all works really well. But it's just nice to have a bit of individuality.
