Source: Former WH chief of staff testifies Biden’s memory declined in office

Former White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients told House investigators that while in office, President Biden had trouble remembering names, dates and his decision making slowed, according to a source familiar with his testimony. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
